2011 Outdoor: Competed in both the 1500m and the 3000m steeplechase... Qualified for the IC4A Championships in the 3000m steeplechase and recorded best time of the season at the meet, running a 9:10.44... In the 1500m, ran a season-best 3:57.66 at the Colonial Relays.
2011 Indoor:
Competed in both the Mile and 3000m… Competed
at the IC4A Championships in the Mile as well as Distance Medley Relay… Ran his
top time in the mile at the Valentine Invitational, posting a 4:10.41… Recorded
an 8:44.92 in the 3000m at the Hokie Invitational.
2010 Cross Country:
Ran at
six meets this season with a his best finish coming at the JMU Open Cross
Country Invitational where he placed fourth overall… Had a season-low time of
25:19 at the Mason Invitational 8k race… Competed at the IC4A Championships
where he finished 59th overall with a time of 26:12.7.
2010 Outdoor:
Competed in three events during the outdoor season ... Ran a season-best time of 4:07.23 at the JMU Invitational ... Finished the 3,000 meters in 8:57.13 at the Mason Quadrangular and ran the 3,000 steeplechase in 9:18.87 at the Maryland Twilight ... Also ran in the 4x1500-meter relay at the Colonial Relays.
2010 Indoor:
Top time in the 1000-meter run was 2:43.72... Fastest time in the mile was 4:20.98... Ran a time of 8:46.29 in the 3000-meter run.
2009 Cross Country:
Ran his fastest time of the season at the Cavalier Open, crossing the finish line in 25:24.63 on the 8k course... Ran a time of 26:39.40 on the 8k course at the CAA Championships... Crossed the finish line in 26:33.80 on the 8k course at the IC4A Championships.
2009 Outdoor:
Competed in three events for the Patriots... Finished the 800-meter run in 2:06.56 at the UVA Spring Swashbuckle (Mar. 21)... Ran a time of 4:03.22 in the 1,500-meters at the Patriot Open Invitational (May 3) ... Finished 10th at the CAA Championships in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:37.71 (Apr. 18).
2009 Indoor:
Top time in the mile was 4:37.09... Ran his fastest time of the season in the 3000-meter run at the Patriot Games, crossing the finish line in 9:02.51.
2008 Cross Country:
Best finish was 21st at the James Madison Invitational... Ran best time at the Mason Invitational, finishing in 26:49.00.
