2015 Outdoor: Competed in five meets for the Patriots…Helped Mason to an Outdoor Atlantic 10 Title with a first place finish in the 110m hurdles and a fourth place finish in the 400m hurdles, setting a personal record with a time of 53.29…Set a wind-aided personal record of 13.93 in a first place finish at the Mason Spring Invitational…Finished third in the 110m hurdles at the Raleigh Relays...Finished ninth in the 110m hurdles at the 2015 IC4A Championships.
2015 Indoor: Competed in four meets for the Patriots finishing second overall in the 60m hurdles at the Atlantic 10 Championships…Set a personal record in the 60m hurdles at the Virginia Tech Invitational (8.01) and took first place in the same event at the Father Diamond Invitational…
2014 Outdoor: Competed in the 100m, 200m and 110m hurdles as well as relays...Took home the individual A-10 championship in the 110m hurdles...Qualified for the ECAC/IC4A outdoor championships and the NCAA East Preliminary Round in the 110m hurdles...Set a PR in the event with a time of 13.98 (w) at th A-10 Outdoor championships..Also recorded a PR in the 100m dash with a time of 11.43 at the Mason Spring Invite
2014 Indoor: Competed in the 200m and 60m hurdles as well as relays...Took home an individual A-10 conference championship in the 60m hurdles...Also finished first in the 60m hurdles at the Patriot games where he also helped Mason to a second place finish in the 4x400m relay
2013 Outdoor: Competed in the 200m and 110m hurdles ... set PR's in both events ... won a CAA title and qualified for the IC4A Championships in the 110m hurdles with a time of 14.09 at the CAA Championships (5/4) ... time currently rans 9th all-time at Mason ... finished 12th in the 110m hurdles with a time of 14.31 at the IC4A Championships ... took to the track in the 110m hurdles at the NCAA East Prelims, running the event in 14.47 ... ran top time of 22.61 in the 200m at the Mason Spring Invitational on April 13.
2013 Indoor: Competed in the 60m, 60m hurdles and 400m ... set PR's in both the 60m dash and 400m dash ... qualified for the IC4A Championships with a time of 8.22 in the 60m hurdles at the VT Challenge (2/16) ... ended up finishing 18th in the event, not advancing past the semifinals ... PR in the 60m dash came at the SPIRE Institute Invitational (2/9) with a time of 7.34 ... ran a top time of 52.37 in the 400m at the Father Diamond Invitational on January 5.
2012 Outdoor: Competed in the 110m hurdles and 400m hurdles ... qualified for the IC4A Championships in the 110m hurdles with a time of 14.24 at the Patriot Open Invitational (4/14) ... ran a personal-best time of 54.18 while finishing in fourth place in the 400m hurdles at the CAA Championships ... took part in the 110m hurdles at the US Track and Field Junior Outdoor Championships.
2012 Indoor: Competed in the 60m hurdles and 400m ... qualified for the IC4A Championships with a personal-best time of 8.07 in the 60m hurdles at the Patriot Last Chance Meet (2/26) ... finished 17th in the hurdles at IC4A's with a time of 8.34 ... posted a top time of 53.17 in the 400m at the Father Diamond Invitational (1/7) ... member of the distance medley relay that finished sixth at the IC4A Championships in a time of 9:54.58.
