2013-14: Second place finish and season-best time of 3:54.71 at A-10 championships in the 400 IM... Season best 1:50.95 in 200 IM at A-10s, finishing fifth... 15th place finish at A-10s in season-best time of 2:05.25 in 200 breaststroke... Best time in the 100 breaststroke was 59.13... 1000 free best time of 9:45.27... Swam 1650 freestyle once in a time of 16:38.60... Atlantic 10 Swimmer of the Week award winner.
2012-13: Finished fourth at the CAA Championships in the 400 IM with a time of 3:53.71 … Posted a season-best time of 9:49.62 in the 1000 Free in the Towson and Boston College tri-meet … In the 500 Free had a season-best time of 4:45.23 at the CAA POD meet … Season-best time in the 200 Breast was 2:10.48... Won Most Improved award for 2012-2013 season.
2011-12: Finished 5th in the 400 IM with a time of 3:59.13 at the CAA Championships ... Swam his season-best times of 2:07.71 in the 200 Breastroke, 4:35.61 in the 500 Freestyle, and 3:59.13 in the 400 IM at the CAA Championships ... Also swam season-best times of 9:55.19 in the 1000 Freestyle in the George Washington meet and 16:42.96 in the 1650 Freestyle at the Patriot Invitational.
Prep: Competed in Super Sectionals as a home schooled student... Also recruited by University of Mary Washington and Old Dominion University.
Personal: Son on Jon and Fenton Clendenin... Has three brothers; Stephen (swam at University of Mary Washington, holds school record in the 200-yard backstroke), James and George... Competede in USA Swimming Speedo Champions Series Meet Super Sectionals this past summer... Also won the 30th annual Jack King Open Water Mile Ocean Swim... Enjoys swimming and watching movies... Majoring in accounting.
