2016-17:  Recorded three individual third place finishes during the season…Finished 12th in the one-meter dive (245.30) and 10th in the three-meter dive (257.15) Feb. 15-18 at the 2017 Atlantic 10 Championships…Notched a third place score in the three-meter dive (266.00) and fifth place score in the one-meter dive (229.50) Jan. 21 vs. Army and Boston University…Recorded fifth place finishes in both the one-meter dive (234.45) and three-meter dive (232.58) Jan. 16 vs. La Salle…Placed third in both the one-meter dive (288.83) and three-meter dive (306.98), both season-best scores,  Jan. 14 vs. George Washington.  

2015-16:  Recorded four individual first place, three individual second place and four individual third place finishes during the season…Placed 10th in the three-meter dive (233.10) and 11th in the one-meter dive (226.40) Feb. 17-21 at the 2016 Atlantic 10 Championships…First place finishes in both the one-meter dive with a season-best score (273.40) and the three-meter dive (284.80) Jan. 22 vs. Army and American…Earned the top spot on the podium in the three-meter dive with a season-best score (303.90) and placed third in the one-meter dive (247.88) Jan. 18 vs. George Washington…Registered a second place finish in the three-meter dive (262.35) and a third place finish in the one-meter dive (236.80) Oct. 30-31 in quad meet vs. Towson, Drexel and Northeastern…Was third in both the one-meter dive (243.97) and three-meter dive (255.15) Oct. 24 vs. Delaware…Finished second in the three-meter dive (222.15) Oct. 16 at the Richmond Duals…Won the three-meter dive (252.75) and finished fourth in the one-meter dive (235.50) Oct. 9 vs. Navy.

2014-15:  Ninth place finishes in both the one-meter and three-meter dives at Atlantic 10 Championships... A score of 205.90 in the one-meter and 245.80 in the three-meter dive... Highest score in the one-meter came vs. Delaware with a total of 212.85.

2013-14:  Competed in the dual vs. Towson... One-meter dive score of 177.00... Three-meter dive score of 183.75. 

Prep:  Four-year letterwinner (2009-2013) for diving at Jamestown High School... Earned All-State honors... Earned ninth place at stats in 2010, eighth in 2011, sixth in 2012 and fifth in 2013...  Le Cercle award winner... Honor Roll and National Art Society... Blood donation achievement award. 

Personal:  Son of Kim and Bruce Long... Has one sister, Morgan... Did gymnastics from 2001-2011... Undeclared major who enjoys art and music.
