2016-17:  Recorded five individual first place, three individual second place, and 10 individual third place finishes during the season…Placed 18th in the 500-yard freestyle with a season-best time (4:35.20), 12th in the 1650-yard freestyle (15:59.67) and 10th in the 400-yard IM with a season-best time (3:59.39) Feb. 15-18 at the 2017 Atlantic 10 Championships…Recorded third place finishes in both the 500-yard freestyle (4:38.50) and 1000-yard freestyle (9:36.46) and finished fifth in the 200-yard IM (1:56.54) Jan. 21 vs. Army and Boston University…Made the podium with a second place finish in the 1000-yard freestyle (9:45.43) and a third place finish in the 500-yard freestyle (4:45.82), while posting a fourth place finish in the 200-yard IM (1:59.87) Jan. 16 vs. La Salle…Won the 400-yard IM (4:09.53), finished third in the 1650-yard freestyle (16:18.81) and touched the wall fourth in the 500-yard freestyle (4:44.63) Jan. 14 vs. George Washington…Placed sixth in the 400-meter freestyle (4:09.09), ninth in the 200-meter IM (2:14.50) and 10th in the 100-meter freestyle (56.05)  Jan. 3 at the Orange Bowl Classic in Key Largo, Florida…Notched fourth place finishes in both the 1650-yard freestyle with a season-best time (15:54.50) and 400-yard IM (4:01.04), finished sixth in the 500-yard freestyle (4:35.71) and 15th in the 200-yard IM (1:55.69) Nov. 17-19 at the Patriot Invitational…Made the podium three times, with first place finishes in both the 200-yard IM with a season-best time (1:54.92) and 400-yard IM (4:05.79) and was third in the 500-yard freestyle (4:37.84) Nov. 4-5 vs. Northeastern and Towson…Finished first in the 400-yard IM (4:07.18), third in the 500-yard freestyle (4:39.85), second in the 1650-yard freestyle (16:07.09) and third in the 200-yard IM (1:57.79) Oct. 21-22 at the Richmond Duals…Won the 1000-yard freestyle with a season-best time (9:32.20), finished second in the 500-yard freestyle (4:39.65) and was third in the 200-yard IM (1:55.93) Oct. 15 vs. Delaware…Started the season with a third place finish in the 100-yard freestyle (9:38.25), a sixth place finish in the 500-yard freestyle (4:41.63) and an eighth place finish in the 200-yard IM (1:58.31) Oct. 7 vs. Navy and UMBC.

2015-16:  Recorded 12 individual first place, eight individual second place and five individual third place finishes during the season…Posted a fourth place finish in the 400-yard IM with a season-best time (3:57.02), a sixth place finish in the 1650-yard freestyle with a season-best time (15:54.15) and was 12th in the 500-yard freestyle with a season-best time (4:32.48) at the 2016 Atlantic 10 Championships Feb. 17-20…Took the top spot on the podium in the 400-yard IM (4:06.14) and finished second in both the 500-yard freestyle (4:37.84) and the 1000-yard freestyle with a season-best time (9:35.42) Jan. 22 vs. Army and American…Swam to a first place finish in both the 1650-yard freestyle (16:12.35) and the 500-yard freestyle (4:42.45) Jan. 18 vs. George Washington…Registered a fourth place finish in the 200-meter IM (2:09.60), sixth placed in the 400-meter freestyle (4:05.22) and seventh place in the 100-meter breaststroke (1:07.75) Jan. 3 at the Orange Bowl Classic in Key Largo, Florida…Swam in five events Nov. 19-21 at the Patriot Invitational, finishing third in both the 400-yard IM (4:03.32) and 1650-yard freestyle (16:04.63), fourth in the 200-yard IM (1:54.91), sixth in the 200-yard (1:43.68) and eighth in the 500-yard freestyle (4:39.37)…Posted three first place finishes Nov. 13 vs. La Salle, taking the top spot on the podium in the 200-yard IM (1:54.79), 500-yard freestyle (4:41.52) and 1000-yard freestyle (9:36.21)…Notched a first place finish in the 200-yard IM with a season-best time (1:54.45), second place in the 1650 freestyle (16:09.88) and third place in the 500-yard freestyle (4:38.18) Oct. 30-31 in quad meet vs. Towson, Drexel and Northeastern…Finished second in both the 500-yard freestyle (4:45.01) and 1000-yard freestyle (9:47.23) and third in the 200-yard IM (1:55.87) Oct. 24 vs. Delaware…Touched the wall first in the 1650-yard freestyle (16:09.58) and third in the 200-yard breaststroke with a season-best time (2:11.69) Oct. 16 at the Richmond Duals…Recorded a first place finish in the 400-yard IM (4:05.22), and second place finishes in both the 500-yard freestyle (2:42.14) and 100-yard freestyle (9:39.66) Oct. 9 vs. Navy.

2014-15:  Six individual first place finishes... 500-yard freestyle time of 4:31.91 at Atlantic 10 Championships, good for eighth... Third at A-10's in the 400 IM (3:55.83) and fourth in the 1650-yard freestyle (15:35.62), all fastest times this season... Season-best times of 1:55.5 in the 200 IM... 9:39.16 in the 1000-yard freestyle... 1:46.27 in the 200 free... 1:55.63 in the 200-yard backstroke.

Prep:  Swam for four years, earning four letters at Millbrook High School... Member of the North Carolina zone team, a winter junior qualifier, NCSA qualifier and a Charlotte Ultra-Swim qualifier... AP Scholar, Academic All-American and a Presidential Scholars Award winner... Also recruited by William & Mary.

Personal:  Son of Karen and Randy... Has one brother, David... Brother David swims at East Carolina University and mother Karen played tennis at Campbell University... Has been swimming for eight years... Enjoys playing frisbee... Mechanical engineering major.
