2023-24: Potomac Relays (Sept. 22): Competed in the 200-yard freestyle relay (1:56.36).

2022-23:  Recorded one individual third place finish and 44.00 points… Placed eighth in the 400-yard IM (4:03.16), 20th in the 200-yard IM (1:52.25) and 22nd in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:05.04), all season-best times, at the 2023 Atlantic 10 Championships held at the SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio Feb. 15-18… Finished seventh in the 50-yard breaststroke with a season-best time (28.70) and eighth in the 200-yard IM (2:04.10) vs. Old Dominion and Campbell in Norfolk, Va. Jan. 28… Placed seventh in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:22.11) vs. UMBC Jan. 21… Placed 19th in both the 200-yard breaststroke (2:10.54) and 400-yard IM (4:09.23) and 21st in both the 100-yard breaststroke with a season-best time (59.61) and 200-yard IM (1:55.61) at the Patriot Invitational held at the Aquatic and Fitness Center Nov. 17-19… Placed ninth in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:14.15), 10th in the 400-yard IM (4:18.41) and 15th in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:02.88) at the A-10 Classic held at the SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio Oct. 29-30… Made the podium with a third place finish in the 400-yard IM (4:14.98) and was sixth in the 200-yard IM (1:59.74) at the Richmond Duals Oct. 21-22… Began the season seventh in both the 200-yard freestyle with a season-best time (1:46.97) and 200-yard breaststroke (2:16.36) vs. Towson Oct. 8.  

2021-22:  Selected Virginia Sports Information Directors (VaSID) First Team All-State in the IM... Placed fifth in the 400-yard IM (3:56.28), ninth in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:03.19), 10th in the 200-yard IM (1:49.92), all season-best times, at the 2022 Atlantic 10 Championships held at the SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio Feb. 16-19… Finished fifth in the 200-yard freestyle (1:49.22) and sixth in the 100-yard freestyle (51.15) vs. Old Dominion at the Aquatic and Fitness Center Jan. 29… Placed 12th in the 400-yard IM (4:08.24), 16th in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:08.78), 24th in the 200-yard freestyle with a season-best time (1:47.04) and 27th in the 500-yard freestyle with a season-best time (4:45.65) at the Patriot Invitational at the Aquatic and Fitness Center Nov. 18-20… Placed fourth in the 400-yard IM (4:14.59), ninth in the 500-yard freestyle (4:57.20) and 10th in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:16.89) at the A-10 Classic held at the SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio Oct. 30-31… Made the podium with a third-place finish in the 400-yard IM (4:15.61), finished fourth in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:13.23) and was fifth in the 200-yard IM (2:00.16) vs. Davidson at the Richmond Duals Oct. 22-23… Began the season with a third-place finish in the 200-yard IM (2:03.62), finished sixth in the 200-yard freestyle (1:50.65) and was eighth in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:16.96) vs. Delaware at the Aquatic and Fitness Center Oct. 9.

PREP:  Competed at Kettle Run High School... Named 2019 team MVP... Team captain of the Cougars his junior and senior years... National Honor Society... Also competed for Nation's Captial Swim Club.

PERSONAL:  Son of Joey and Anna... Has two siblings, Sam and Molly... Brother, Sam, is on the swim team at the University of Mary Washington... Mathematics major.
