2019-20:  Selected Virginia Sports Information Directors (VaSID) Men’s All-State Second Team Breaststroke…Recorded seven top-three performances during the season, with one individual first place, four individual second place and two individual third place finishes…Was fifth on the team in points with 63.00…Won the bronze with a third-place finish in the 100-yard breaststroke (54.33) after qualifying with a NCAA B and season-best time (54.12), and placed fourth in the 200-yard breaststroke (1:58.57) after qualifying with a NCAA B and season-best time (1:58.20) at the 2020 Atlantic 10 Championships held at the SPIRE Institute Feb. 19-22…Finished seventh in the 100-yard breaststroke (59.15) and eighth in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:14.10) vs. American, Army and Old Dominion Jan. 25…Won the 200-yard breaststroke (2:08.51) and touched the wall third in the 100-yard breaststroke (58.99) vs. UMBC Jan. 18…Placed sixth in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:02.27), seventh in the 200-yard breaststroke (56.34) and 36th in the 200-yard IM (1:57.50) at the Patriot Invitational Nov. 21-23…Placed fifth in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:09.37) and seventh in the 100-yard breaststroke (59.29) vs. La Salle at the Atlantic 10 Classic Nov. 2-3…Made the podium three times, finishing second in both the 100-yard breaststroke (59.64) and 200-yard breaststroke (2:09.95) and took third in the 50-yard breaststroke with a season-best time (27.37) vs. Davidson at the Richmond Duals Oct. 18-19…Began the season with a second place finish in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:00.02) and a third place finish in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:12.80) at Delaware Oct. 5.

Prior to Mason:  Competed at Denison College… Member of two NCAA DIII National Championship teams (2016, 2018)… NCAC 200-yard breaststroke champion in 2017… Set the school record and was the 2018 runner-up in the 200-yard breaststroke…Four-time NCAA All-American.
 
Prep:  Four-year letterwinner in swimming at Colonial Forge High School… Holds the school record in the 100-yard breaststroke.
 
Personal:  Son of Jim and Linda… Has two siblings, Shelby and James… His father, Jim, wrestled at WPI… His brother, James, played football at Lehigh… Pursuing graduate certificate in geographic information systems.
