Performance History

2024-25: Notched eleven top-three swims, with six first-places, four second-places, and a third-place swim... Atlantic 10 Championships (Feb. 19-22): Finished second in the 200-yard backstroke in a season-best 1:44.55 and third in the 100-yard backstroke, with a season-best 47.33... Towson vs. GMU (Jan. 25): Won both the 100-yard backstroke (49.62) and the 200-yard backstroke (1:50.09)... DUQ v. CSU v. GMU (Jan. 18): Placed first in the 100-yard backstroke (49.17) and 200-yard backstroke (1:47.65)... Also competed at the Toyota US Open Championships (Dec. 4-7), finishing 8th in the 100-yard butterfly (47.97) and 36th in the 200-yard backstroke (1:49.80)... Patriot Invitational (Nov. 21-23): Recorded two second-place finishes in the 100-yard backstroke (48.10) and the 200-yard backstroke (1:45.94)... Navy vs. GMU, Loyola, LSU (Oct. 18): Finished sixth in the 100-yard backstroke (49.62) and seventh in the 200-yard backstroke (1:49.43)... At the Richmond Duals (Oct. 11-12) in Hampton, Virginia, Rodgers won the 50-yard backstroke (23.28) and the 200-yard backstroke (1:50.34), and second in the 200-yard butterfly (1:53.97). 

2023-24: Recorded 13 top-three performances (third-most on team), with eight individual first place, four individual second place and one individual third place finish… Second on the team in first-place finishes (8), third in points (197.00) and tied for third in second-place finishes (4)… 2024 Atlantic 10 Championships (Feb. 21-24): Won the silver medal in the 800-yard freestyle relay (6:26.37) and the bronze medal in the 200-yard freestyle relay (1:19.66), placed sixth in both the 100-yard backstroke (48.84) and 200-yard butterfly (1:47.85), both season-best times, and was 10th in the 100-yard butterfly (48.36) at 2024 A-10 Championships held at the Hampton Aquaplax in Hampton, Va… vs. UMBC (Jan. 27): Took the top spot in both the 100-yard butterfly (49.87) and 200-yard butterfly (1:52.18) against the Retrievers at the Aquatic and Fitness Center in Fairfax, Va… at Old Dominion (Jan. 20): Won the 100-yard butterfly (50.40) and was second in the 50-yard butterfly (23.12) in dual against the Monarchs in Norfolk, Va… vs. Fairfield (Jan. 13): Won the 200-yard backstroke (1:52.25) and took second in the 200-yard freestyle (1:45.29) against the Stags in Harrisonburg, Va… Patriot Invitational (Nov. 16-18): Placed second in the 200-yard butterfly (1:48.46), was sixth in the 100-yard butterfly with a season-best time (48.09) and 10th in the 500-yard freestyle with a season-best time (4:35.92) at the Patriot Invitational held at the Aquatic and Fitness Center… A-10 Classic (Oct. 27-28): Won the 200-yard butterfly (1:52.16), was second in the 100-yard backstroke (51.42), third in the 200-yard freestyle with a season-best time (1:42.83) and fourth in the 500-yard freestyle (4:39.65) vs. La Salle at the A-10 Classic held at the Aquatic and Fitness Center… Richmond Duals (Oct. 13-14): Won four events with first place finishes in the 50-yard backstroke (23.59), 200-yard backstroke (1:49.88), 50-yard butterfly (22.77), all season-best times, and 200-yard butterfly (1:51.41) vs. Davidson at the Richmond Duals held at the Hampton Aquaplex in Hampton, Va… vs. Towson (Oct. 7): Began the season with first place finishes in both the 100-yard butterfly (50.51) and 200-yard butterfly (1:51.66) in dual against the Tigers at the Aquatic and Fitness Center.

PREP:  Competed in swimming and volleyball at Menchville High School… Team captain of the Monarchs swim team… 2023 VHSL Class 5 State Champion in the 100-yard butterfly… Member of the National Honor Society and German Honor Society… Also swam club for the Coast Guard Blue Dolphins… Best times include 100 butterfly (48.93), 200 butterfly (1:48.08), 100 backstroke (50.13) and 200 backstroke (1:47.82).
 
PERSONAL:  Son of Kim and Chip…Has three siblings, Tre, Sterling and Cade… Hobbies include played basketball, going to the beach and played Xbox… Biology major.
