2024-25: Atlantic 10 Championships (Feb. 19-22) at the Hampton Aquaplex in Hampton, Va.: Achieved three season-best times in the 50-yard free style (21.38), the 100-yard butterfly (49.01), and the 200-yard butterfly (1:49.74)... Towson vs. GMU (Jan. 25): Notched a third-place finish in the 200-yard butterfly (1:56.04) and finished fifth in the 100-yard butterfly (52.09)... DUQ v. CSU v. GMU (Jan. 18): Finished fourth in the 200-yard butterfly (1:56.37)... At the Patriot Invitational in Fairfax, Virginia (Nov. 21-23), Murtaugh finished 20th in the 200-yard butterfly (1:53.20) and notched two 23rd places in the 100-yard butterfly (50.39) and the 200-yard IM (1:56.60)... Navy vs. GMU, Loyola, LSU (Oct. 18): Finished 13th in the 200-yard butterfly (1:57.66) and 15th in the 100-yard butterfly (52.05)... Richmond Duals (Oct. 11-12) in Hampton, Virginia: Recorded a fifth-place finish in the 200-yard butterfly (1:59.55), sixth in the 50-yard backstroke (25.49), and seventh-place in the 50 (22.48) and 100-yard freestyles (49.16).

2023-24: 2024 Atlantic 10 Championships (Feb. 21-24): Placed 14th in the 200-yard butterfly (1:51.50), 17th in the 100-yard butterfly (49.28) and 43rd in the 50-yard freestyle (21.51), all season-best times, at 2024 A-10 Championships held at the Hampton Aquaplex in Hampton, Va… vs. UMBC (Jan. 27): Touched the wall third in the 200-yard butterfly (1:56.22) and was fourth in the 100-yard butterfly (51.46) against the Retrievers at the Aquatic and Fitness Center in Fairfax, Va… at Old Dominion (Jan. 20): Took fourth in the 100-yard butterfly (52.06) and was sixth in the 50-yard butterfly with a season-best time (24.00) in dual against the Monarchs in Norfolk, Va… vs. Fairfield (Jan. 13): Won the 100-yard butterfly (51.90) and was fifth in the 200-yard butterfly (1:58.85) against the Stags in Harrisonburg, Va… Patriot Invitational (Nov. 16-18): Placed ninth in the 200-yard butterfly (1:52.38), 12th in the 100-yard butterfly (49.81), 24th in the 200-yard IM with a season-best time (1:57.26) and 47th in the 50-yard freestyle (22.23) at the Patriot Invitational held at the Aquatic and Fitness Center… A-10 Classic (Oct. 27-28): Finished fourth in both the 100-yard butterfly (51.71) and 200-yard butterfly (1:56.66) vs. La Salle at the A-10 Classic held at the Aquatic and Fitness Center… Richmond Duals (Oct. 13-14): Recorded a fourth place finish in the 100-yard butterfly (51.89) and was sixth in the 200-yard butterfly (1:58.19) vs. Davidson at the Richmond Duals held at the Hampton Aquaplex in Hampton, Va… vs. Towson (Oct. 7): Began the season fifth in both the 100-yard butterfly (52.99) and 200-yard butterfly (1:59.42) in dual against the Tigers at the Aquatic and Fitness Center.
 
PREP:  Competed in swimming and golf at William Byrd High School… State Champion… Selected All-Region, All-District and was named Swimmer of the Year… Valedictorian… Also competed for the Virginia Gators Swim Club.
