2014-15: At Atlantic 10 Championships finished 17th in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 4:35.89... 19th in the 100-yard backstroke (51.60) and 11th in the 200-yard backstroke (1:49.80)... Swam the 50-yard backstroke one time in 25.59 and the 200-yard freestyle in 1:44.49 for eighth at the Patriot Invitational.

2013-14: Placed 8th at Atlantic 10 Championships in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 4:33.51, a season best... Season best 1:49.58 in the 200 backstroke at A-10s for a 10th place finish... Season-bests in the 1650 freestyle with a time of 16:48.17... 200 freestyle time of 1:43.44... 100 backstroke time of 52.58... Swam at AT&T Winter National Championships in the 200 backstroke (1:52.76). 

2012-13: Finished 12^th at the CAA Championships in the 200 Back with a time of 1:49.04 … Season-best times in the 100 Back was 53.62, 200 Free was 1:44.66 and 500 Free was 4:44.46.

Prep: Participated in swimming for four years at Jefferson Forrest High School ... VSIAA state champion in the 200 Freestyle ... Competed at Y-Nationals and junior nationals ... Member of the National Honor Society.... 12th place at 2013 CAA conference championships in backstroke.

Personal: Son of Beth and Gary Williams ... Two sisters, Rachel and Hannah... Cousin Nathan ran track & field for Yale... Has swam for 14 years and played baseball for seven...  Enjoys watching movies and playing piano in his free time... Majoring in civil engineering.
