2013 Outdoor: Competed in the 100m, 200m, 110m hurdles, long jump, pole vault and decathlon ... set a PR in the pole vault, 4.17m, at the Morgan State Legacy Meet on April 20 ... finished third in the decathlon with 5,541 points at the CAA Championships (5/4) ... recorded season-best marks of 5.90m in the long jump and 16.14 in the 110m hurdles at the Mason Spring Invitational (4/13).
2013 Indoor: Competed in nine different events for the Patriots ... set PR's in the 200m, long jump, high jump, pole vault, shot put and heptathlon ... in the opening meet of the season, set PR's in the 200m (24.70) and high jump (1.75m) at the Father Diamond Invitational (1/5) ... set a PR in the heptathlon with 4,429 points while also recording top marks in the long jump (6.28m) and shot put (11.93m) at the Patriot Games Invitational on January 26 ... pole vault PR came at the Mason Last Chance meet (2/24) with a vault of 4.25m ... recorded season-best times of 7.58 in the 60m, 8.88 in the 60m hurdles and 3:15.17 in the 1000m at the Patriot Games Invitational.
2012 Outdoor: Competed in the decathlon, 100m, 110m hurdles, 200m, long jump, discus and shot put ... recorded personal-bests in all seven events ... collected 5,675 points in the decathlon at the CAA Championship Meet en route to a fourth-place finish ... also recorded personal-best times of 11.76 in the 100m, 53.83 in the 400m, 4:53.31 in the 1500m, 15.91 in the 110m hurdles, 6.41m in the long jump and threw 39.82m in the javelin at the championships ... set two personal-best marks at the JMU Invitational (4/21), including the long jump (6.14m) and shot put (10.80m) ... set a personal-best height of 4.04m in the pole vault at the W&L/VMI Track Carnival ... at the Patriot Open Invitational (4/14) set personal records in the 110m hurdles (15.97) and discus (25.55m) ... personal-best time of 23.93 in the 200m came at the Mason Spring Opener (3/17).
2012 Indoor: Competed in the heptathlon, 60m, 60m hurdles, 400m, 1000m, high jump, long jump, pole vault and shot put ... established new personal-best marks in all nine events ... at the season-opening Father Diamond Invite (1/7), recorded top marks in the high jump (1.70m), shot put (10.74m) and 60m (7.52) ... collected a personal-best 4,210 points in the heptathlon at the Liberty Invitational (1/28) ... also ran a personal-best time of 3:10.26 in the 1000m and jumped a personal best 6.15m at the meet ... set two personal-best marks at the Virginia Tech Challenge (2/18), including the 60m hurdles (8.87) and long jump (6.01m) ... also posted two personal bests at the Patriot Last Chance Meet (2/26) in the 400m (54.91) and pole vault (3.95m).
2011 Indoor: Competed in three events, running the 60m hurdles and competing in the shot put and long jump ... posted a time of 9.07 seconds in the 60m hurdles at the Last Chance Meet ... jumped 5.91 meters in the long jump, also at the Last Chance Meet ... threw the put 9.74 meters at the Last Chance Meet.
