Biography

2019-20: Played in six tournaments... Best three-round score (73-70-72) 215 at the Golfweek Program Challenge in the fall season at the par 70, 6526 yard Caledonia Golf and Fish Club... 76.17 stroke average through 18 rounds.

2018-19: Did not play.

2017-18: Played in nine tournaments.... Ranked fourth on the team in scoring average (76.69)... Posted best finish of the season at Atlantic 10 Championship, tying for 24th... Registered best three-round score with an 8-over 221 at Elon Phoenix Invitational (Oct. 16-17).

2016-17: Recorded a scoring average of 74.42 and finished in the top 20 at three tournaments... His top three finishes came in the first three tournaments of his career, tying for 12th at both the EKU Intercollegiate and Patriot Intercollegiate and taking 20th at the Wolfpack Intercollegiate... Qualified for the Virginia State Golf Association Amateur Championship in June and advanced to match play. 

Prep: Four-year letterwinner for Ben Meyer at St. Charles West High School in Missouri... Four-time all-state selection... GAC North Champion and conference player of the year all four years... Holds lowest two rounds in school history with a 65 and 66... Member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Davis Soderberg... Born on July 10, 1997... Lived in St. Charles, Mo., before moving to Charlottesville, Va., after high school... Son of Brad and Linda Soderberg... Has two siblings, Kramer and Daley... Father, Brad, is currently the associate head men's basketball coach at the University of Virginia... His father played basketball at Wisconsin-Stevens Point and brother, Kramer, played basketball at Miami (Ohio).
