2022 Indoor: Competed in three meets… PR in 5000m with 14:27.50 in the Patriot Games coming in 2nd (Jan 28-29)…Top 20 (20th) at Atlantic 10 in 3000m with 8:43.57 (Feb 26-27).
2021 Outdoor: Competed in five meets… Finished fourth in the 10,000m at the A-10 Outdoor Championships (May 1-2)… Notched PR of 14:51.12 in the 5000m for second at the JMU Invite (April 17)… Posted personal-best time of 30:29.99 in the 10,000m at the Colonial Relays (April 3).
2021 Indoor: Competed in one meet… Placed first in the 3000m with a PR of 8:34.90 at the Winter Track Fiesta (Feb. 28).
2020-21 Cross Country: Competed in two meets… Recorded a course-best time of 25:11.2 in the five mile to place 19th at the Atlantic 10 Championships (March 5).
2020 Indoor: Notched a time of 8:43.09 in the 3000m for seventh place at the VMI Indoor Classic… Finished 17th in the 5000m (15:20.85) at the Patriot Games… Competed in five meets.
2019 Cross Country: Competed in five meets... Finished 16th in the 5k at the Spider Alumni Open on Aug. 31... Ran a personal-best time of 25:25.5 at the Princeton Invitational (Oct. 19).
Prep: Lettered in cross country for four years at Hall High School... Named All- Conference in cross country and track... Named All-Academic all four years.
