2016 Outdoor: Competed in eight meets... Set school record in 5,000-meter run with a time of 13:55.26 at Raleigh Relays (March 25-26)... Qualified for the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track Championships in Eugene, Ore., in the 5,000-meter run... Finished 23nd at the NCAA Championships with a time of 14:28.08... Won gold in the 5,000-meter run at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships (May 7-8) with a time of 14:24.48... Also took first in the 5,000 meters at the Duke Invitational (April 22-23) with a time of 14:08.15.
2016 Indoor: Competed in four meets... Won the Atlantic 10 championship in 3,000 meters with time of 8:24.38... Helped Patriots win silver at A-10 Championships in distance medley relay with time of 9:59.94... Also collected first-place finishes at the Father Diamond Invitational in mile (4:23.01) and 4x800-meter relay (7:58.8)... Took first with a personal-best time of 8:17.68 in the 3,000 meters at the Patriot Games (Jan. 30)... Posted a personal-best time of 4:03.13 in the mile at the BU Scarlet & White Invitational to finish seventh.
2015 Cross Country: Competed in four meets... Won Atlantic 10 Conference individual championships (Oct. 31), finishing first with a time of 24:21.1... Captured first individual A-10 cross country crown in program history... Finished 15th at NCAA Southeast Region Championships (Nov. 13) in time of 29:54.7... Also took second at Mason Invitational (Oct. 3) and third at Wake Forest Invitational (Oct. 16).
2015 Outdoor: Competed in four meets for the Patriots, helping Mason to an Outdoor Atlantic 10 title with a second place finish in the 1500m run and an eighth place finish in the 5000m…Set a personal record in the 5000m with a 14:16.34 finish at the Raleigh Relays…Set a PR in the 1500m with a 3:45.68 fourth place finish at the Mason Spring Invitational
2015 Indoor: Competed in three meets for the Patriots finishing second in the mile at the Atlantic 10 Championships (4:12.65) and helped Mason to a first place finish in the DMR. Set a personal record with an 8:24.33 first-place finish at the Patriot Games. Set a PR in the mile at the BU Scarlet and White Invitational (4:09.49.
2014 Cross Country: Finished in the top three of every race for the Patriots this season. Crossed the line first for Mason and 30th overall at the Princeton Invitational with a time of 24:52.0. Posted a season-best 8k time of 24:49.2 to finish third overall at the A-10 Championships. Finished second for Mason and 72nd overall at the Southeast Regionals with a 10k time of 31:49.1. Made the A-10 All-Conference team.
2013 Cross Country: Ran in six races throughout the season... Finished 27th at the Spider Alumni Open in a 5k time of 15;54.1... Ran in Virginia Invitational with 8k time of 25:55.5... Posted best 8k time of the season at A-10 Championships, finishing in 24:58.3... 89th place finish at Southeast Regionals in a 10k time of 31:09.5... IC4A time of 26:14.4, finishing 5-mile race in 39th place overall.
Prep: Ran cross country for four years and also ran winter and spring track & field for four years, earning a total of 10 varsity letters... Edision High Schoo's Septmeber senior of the month... All-Conference cross country in 2010 and 2011, All-Conference indoor track 2011-2012, outdoor track 2012... NJSIAA All-Group 4 cross country 2011... Second team All-State cross country 2011... NJSIAA North II Group 4 1600-meter champion, Group 4 1600-meter champion... Won Six Flags Wild Safari Invitational in 2011... Set Edision High School record in 1600-meter event (4:14.57)... Also recruited by Temple University, Clemson University and Rutgers University.
