2013 Cross Country: Ran a team high seven races during the season... Best finish of fourth overall at the Mason Invitational in a time of 27:37.55... Season best 8k time of 24:55.5 at A-10 Championships, finishing 35th overalll... Southeast Regional 10k time of 31:27.9... Ran five-mile IC4A's in 25:48.4, placing 22nd overall.
2013 Outdoor: Compted in the 5000m and 10000m ... recorded a PR and qualifed for the IC4A Championships in the 10000m with a run of 30:56.45 at the W&M Tribe Open on March 23 ... finished 26th at the IC4A Championships with a time of 32:42.79 ... ran a season-best time of 14:44.12 in the 5000m at the W&M Colonial Relays (4/6).
2013 Indoor: Competed in the mile and 3000m, recording PR's in both events ... both times were recorded at the Patriot Games Invitational on January 26, crossing the finish line in 4:22.66 in the mile and 8:44.20 in the 3000m.
2012 Cross Country: Raced in seven races throughout the season ... Finished 11th overall and fifth for Mason at the CAA Championships while posting a season-best mark of 25:20.1(10/27) ... Received All-Conference honors.
2012 Outdoor: Competed in the 1500m, 3000m and 10000m ... ran personal-best times in all three events ... top time in the 1500m was 4:15.28, recorded at the JMU Invitational (4/21) ... also ran a personal-best time of 9:21.98 in the 3000m at the same meet ... best time in the 10000m came at the W&M Colonial Relays (4/7), 31:31.77.
2012 Indoor: Competed in the mile, 3000m and 5000m ... posted a personal-best time of 4:33.45 in the mile at the Father Diamond Invitational (1/7) ... ran a personal-best time of 15:20.14 in the 5000m at the Valentine Invitational (2/11) ... at the Patriot Last Chance Meet, ran a season-best time of 8:56.03 in the 3000m.

2011 Indoor: Competed in both the mile and 3000 meters during the season ... at the Father Diamond Invitational, ran a 4:38.92 in the mile ... at the Last Chance Meet, ran an 8:48.32 in the 3000 meters.
2010 Cross Country: Competed in five meets during the season… Had his best finish at the JMU Open Cross Country Invitational where he finished in ninth place running the 8k course in a time of 26:04.9… Ran a season-low time of 25:28 at the Mason Invitational finishing in 14th place on the 8k course… Ran in the IC4A Championships and came in 64th place with a time of 26:17.7.
At Marist College: Was Runner-Up at the 2009 Cross Country University of Albany Invitational Purple Race ... finished 34th in the Metro-Atlantic Conference Championship ... personal bests included a 26:14 time in the 8k and a 15:25 time in the Outdoor Track 5000.
High School: Earned All-State, All-Conference, New Haven Register Cross Country All-Area Team 2008 Cross Country Team MVP, and the 2009 United States Marine Corps Distinguished Athlete Award honors ... was part of the 2007 and 2008 CIAC Class MM Cross Country Team State Champions, which were the only times in school history ... was the 2008 Track Southern Connecticut Conference Runner-Up in the 3200 and was the 2008 Class MM Cross Country Individual Runner-Up ... also was a member of the 4xMile Relay team that finished eighth in the Nike Outdoor Nationals.
