Fall 2014 Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll

2015 Outdoor: Competed in three meets for the Patriots, finishing as high as fifth in the 1500m run at the 2015 Tribe Invitational. 

2015 Indoor: Competed in three meets for the Patriots…Helped Mason to a third place finish in the 4x8 relay at the Father Diamond Invitational. 

2014 Cross Country: Did not compete.

2014 Outdoor: Ran in four races...Helped Mason to a fourth place finish in the 4x400m relay at the 2014 Tribe Invitational...Provost Scholar.

2014 Indoor: Did not compete.

2013 Outdoor: Competed in the 800m and 1500m ... recorded a PR of 4:02.40 in the 1500m at the W&M Tribe Open on March 23 ... ran a season-best time of 1:57.99 in the 800m at the CAA Championships (5/3) but did not advance out of the prelims ... also at the meet, finished 14th in the 1500m in 4:16.43.

2013 Indoor: Competed in the 800m and 1000m ... ran a PR of 1:58.63 in the 800m at the VT Challenge (2/16) ... best time in the 1000m came at the Mason Last Chance Meet, crossing the finish line in 2:35.76.

2012 Outdoor: Competed in the 800m, posting a season-best time of 1:57.71 at the Patriot Open Invitational (4/14).

2012 Indoor: Competed in the 800m, 1000m, mile and 3000m ... posted personal-best times in the 1000m (2:33.64) and mile (4:16.02) at the Patriot Games Invitational (1/28) ... top time in the 800m was 2:00.18, ran at the Valentine Invitational (2/11) ... ran a season-best time of 8:51.22 in the 3000m at the Hokie Invitational (1/21).

High School: Earned four letters each in cross country, indoor and outdoor track at Woodbridge ... named the Potomac News and Messenger Student-Athlete of the Year ... member of the National Junior Honor Society and Beta Club.

Personal: Son of Daniel and Kelly McGreal ... older brother, Andrew, was also a member of the Mason track team ... physics major.
