2010 Outdoor: Competed in three individual events ... Ran
the 800 in a time of 1:54.36 at the Maryland Twilight, his best mark of
the season ... Finished the 1,500 in 4:05.02 at the JMU Invitational and
the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 9:26.91 at the Colonial Relays, both
season bests ... Also ran in the IC4A-qualifying 4x800-meter relay and
4x400 and 4x1,500-meter relays.
2010 Indoor: Qualified for the IC4A Championships in the
1000-meter run... Ran his fastest time of the season in the 1000-meter
run at the IC4A Championships, crossing the finish line third in
2:29.23... Also competed in the 800-meter run (1:55.72), mile (4:17.09)
and 3000-meter run (8:32.09) during the season.
2009 Cross Country: Did not compete at a meet during the season.
2009 Outdoor: Finished sixth at the CAA Championships in
the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:29.64... Posted two
season-best times at the UVA Spring Swashbuckle in the 800-meters
(2:00.49) and 1,500-meters (4:04.33).
2009 Indoor: Ran the team's third-fastest time in the
800-meter run, crossing the finish line in 1:58.04 at the VT Hokie
Invitational... Clocked in at 2:34.96 in the 1000-meter run at the VT
Hokie Invitational... Finished with a time of 4:29.77 in the mile at the
Mason Last Chance meet.
2008 Cross Country: Finished 40th at the CAA Championships... Ran to a 46th-place finish at the Lou Onesty Invitational.
Prep: Earned four letters in cross country, indoor and
outdoor track... Was 2007 USATF Virginia Association Junior Olympic
cross country state champion... Earned the 2007-08 Most Outstanding
Runner honor in cross country, indoor and outdoor track... Was a 2008
milestat.com All-Star... Also recruited by Virginia Commonwealth.
