2018 Outdoor: Competed in three meets…Placed 15thin the 5000m at the Tribe Invitational (March 16-17)…Also competed in the Colonial Relays and George Mason Spring Invitational (April 14).
2018 Indoor: Competed in two meets…Placed 10thin the 5000m with a time of 15.40.51 at the Patriot Games (Jan. 27)…Finished fifth in the mile (4:32.70) and sixth in the 3000m (9:09.15) at Father Diamond (Jan. 6).
2017 Indoor: Competed in 5 meets… Placed 4th in the mile with a seasonal best of 4:29.22 at the 2017 Father Diamond. Placed 7th in the 3000M with a seasonal best of 8:41.71 at the Boston University Scarlet and White. Placed 10th in the 5000M with a seasonal best of 15:11.71 at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Track & Field Championships. Placed 4th in the 3000M with a time of 8:56.45 at the 2017 Father Diamond.
2016 Outdoor: Competed in five meets... Posted personal-best time of 10:23.27 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase to open season with sixth-place finish at Tribe Invitational (March 18-19)... Set a personal-best in the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:07.24 at the Mason Spring Invitational (April 9)... Also set personal record in 5,000 meters at Duke Invitational (April 22-23) with time of 14:55.16... Reached Atlantic 10 Championships (May 7-8) in 5,000 meters.
2016 Indoor: Competed in three meets... Finished fifth in mile at Patriot Games (Jan. 30) with time of 4:24.98... Set a personal-best in the 3,000 meters at the BU Scarlet and White (Feb. 6) with a time of 8:41.29... Ran a personal-best time of 4:21.93 in the mile to finish seventh at the Mason Last Chance meet (Feb. 28).
2015 (Kentucky): Spent his freshman year at the University of Kentucky... Set personal bests in 1,600 (4:19) and 3,200-meter (9:17.43) runs.
