2021 Outdoor: Competed in six meets… Member of gold-medal winning 4x800 relay at the A-10 Outdoor Championships (May 1-2)… Added a sixth-place finish in the 1500m at the championship meet… Earned first in the 800m at the JMU Invite (April 17)… Competed in the 1500m at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (May 16)… Won the DMR at the Colonial Relays (April 3).

2020-21 Cross Country: Competed in three meets… Ran a course-best time of 25:43.7 in the five mile to finish 41st at the Spider Patriot Classic (Feb. 20)… Placed 81st in the five mile at the Atlantic 10 Championships (March 5)… Tabbed 18th in the 8k (26:29.1) at the Richmond Winter Invite on Feb. 5.
2020 Indoor: Competed in three meets… Ran a personal-best time of 8:20.71 in the 3000m at the Scarlet & White Invite (Feb. 1)... Placed ninth in the mile (4:23.16) at the VMI Indoor Classic (4:23.16)... Finished 17th in the 3000m at the A-10 Indoor Championships (March 1).
2019 Cross Country: Placed 47th in the 8k at the Atlantic 10 Championships on Nov. 2... Ran a personal-best time of 25:24.3 in the 8k at the Princeton Invitational (Oct. 19).
