2019 Cross Country: Finished seventh in the 5k at the Spider Alumni Open (Aug. 31)... Placed 73rd in the 8k with a time of 27:01.4 at the A-10 Championships on Nov. 2... Ran a personal-best time of 25:98.4 in the 8k at the Paul Short Run (Oct. 5)... Tabbed 112nd in the 10k at the NCAA Southeast Championships (Nov. 15).

2018 Cross Country: Placed 29th with a time of 16:17.3 in the 5K at the 2018 Spider Alumni Open (Sept 1)... Placed seventh with a time of 26:37.1 in the 8K at the George Mason Invitational (Sept. 29).

Prep: Competed at Kirkham Grammar School in Kirkham, Lancashire, England... He ranked 43rd in Europe U-18 in the 1,500-meter run in 2016... He was an English Schools 1,500-meter finalist in 2015 and 2016... Ten-time Lancashire County champion in the 800- and 1,500-meter runs and cross country... Set personal-best times in the 800 (1:56) and the 1,500 (3:57) in 2016.
