2024 Outdoor: Competed in five meets...Personal best in the 2000S with a time of 6:13.42 at the Dan Stimson Invitational...Finished 6th at the JMU Invitational in the 3000m with a time of 9:18.80...9th place finish in the 3000S at the Hopkins Loyola Invitational with a time of 10:16.54

2024 Indoor: Competed in one meet...Finished 21st in the 3000m with a time of 9:15.11 at the Patriot Games

2023 Cross Country: Competed in four meets...Finished 95th at the Spider Alumni Open with a time of 20:19.3...Recorded personal best in the 8k with a time of 26:11.5 at the IC4A/ECAC XC Championship

2023 Outdoor: Competed in five meets...Placed 2nd in the 3k steeplechase at the Navy Spring Invitational and 3rd in the same event at the Fred Hardy Invitational (9:53.01, 9:59.44)

2023 Indoor: Competed in three meets...Posted best mile time at the Father Diamond (6th, 4:32.72)... Took 18th in the mile at the Big Apple Invitational (4:33.39)

2022 Cross Country: Competed in five meets...Finished in 76th at the A-10 Championships with a personal best time (5M, 25:57.4)...Placed 49th at the Navy Invitational (4.9M, 26:13.0)

2022 Outdoor: Competed in six meets… Finished seventh in the 3000m steeplechase with a PR of 9:39.12 at the Mason Spring Invitational (April 9)… Scored for the Patriots in the 3000m steeplechase at the A-10 Outdoor Championships (May 7-8).
 
2022 Indoor: Competed in two meets… Finished 10th in the 5000m with a time of 15:36.53 at the Patriot Games on Jan. 29.

Prep: Earned eight varsity letters in cross country, track and field and swim... Indoor 3200m state champion... Outdoor 1600m and 3200m state champion... Named Most Valuable Player as a junior and senior in cross country and track and field... Served as team captain... Ran for Northern Virginia Athletic Club.
