2010 Indoor: Qualified for the IC4A Championships in both
the 1000-meter run (2:29.55) and the mile (4:06.96)... Finished in
seventh place in the mile with a time of 4:11.15 at the IC4A
Championships... Ran on the Patriots' 4x800 and distance medley relay
teams that qualified for the IC4A Championships... Fastest time in the
3000-meter run was 8:28.45 at the Hokie Invitational.
2009 Cross Country: Ran his fastest time of the season at
the CAA Championships, crossing the finish line in 26:07.39 on the 8k
course... Clocked in at 26:29.50 on the 8k course at the IC4A
Championships... Ran a time of 32:44.64 on the 10k course at the NCAA
Southeast Regional Championships.
2009 Indoor: Qualified for the IC4A Championships in both
the 1000-meter run and the mile... Ran his best time in the 1000-meter
run at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational, crossing the finish line
in 2:27.39... Top time in the mile was 4:09.69 at the Valentines'
Invitational... Crossed the finish line in 8:31.05 to finish second in
the 3000-meter run at the VT Hokie Invitational... Member of the
4x800-meter relay team that finished in second place and qualified for
the IC4A Championships with a time of 7:33.63 at the New Balance
Collegiate Invitational... Member of the distance medley relay team that
finished first and qualified for the IC4A Championships with a time of
9:58.87 at the VT Hokie Invitational... Was on the 4x800-meter relay
team that finished first at the Father Diamond Invitational with a time
of 7:56.57... Was on the 4x400-meter relay team that finished in first
place at the Patriot Games with a time of 3:24.47.
2008 Cross Country: Ran his best time of the season at the
CAA Championships, finishing in 26:11.00... Best finish of the season
was 13th at the James Madison Invitational.
2008 Outdoor: Set a personal best time in the 800-meter,
and the second-fastest time on the team, at the CAA Championships with a
time of 1:53.79... Also competed in the 1500-meter earning his best
time of the season at the Patriot Open Invitational of 4:04.27.
2007 Cross Country: Ran a time of 27:24.40 to finish 74th in the 8k run at the Navy Invitational.
2007 Outdoor: Recorded the team's third-best time in the
3000-meter run, finishing in 8:58.41 at the Wake Forest Open... Also ran
in both the 800-meter run and the 1500-meter run during the season...
Top time in the 800-meter run during the season was 1:56.66 at the Lou
Onesty/Milton G. Abramson Invitational and his top time in the
1500-meter run was 3:57.07 at the CAA Championships... Was a member of
three 4x800-meter relay teams that topped the IC4A-qualifying standard
during the season, including the one that finished in fourth place at
the IC4A Championships with a time of 7:31.80.
2007 Indoor: Ran two of the team's top-five times in the
mile, with his best time coming at the St. Valentine's Invitational,
where he finished the race in 4:22.46... Best time in the 1000-meter run
was 2:36.57 at the Patriot Games... Top time in the 3000-meter run was
9:04.72 at the Father Diamond Invitational... Was a member of the
4x800-meter relay team that finished in third place and qualified for
the IC4A Championships with a time of 7:50.24 at the Virginia Tech
Invitational... Placed first in the 4x800-meter relay at the Father
Diamond Invitational with teammates John Crain, Ryan Davis and Kris
Cruz, finishing the race in 8:02.50... Ran on two distance medley relay
teams that topped the IC4A-qualifying standard during the season,
including the one that ran a time of 10:07.12 at the IC4A Championships.
2006 Cross Country: Finished 12th at the Delaware Invitational with a time of 27:43.81.
