2020 Indoor: Finished seventh in the mile with a career-best time of 4:28.42 at the Father Diamond Invitational… Finished seventh in the 5000m with a time of 15:32.40 at the VMI Indoor Classic.

2019 Outdoor: Placed eighth in the 10,000m at the A-10 Outdoor Championships (May 5)… Finished 22nd in the 10,000m at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (May 12)… Notched sixth in the 5000m at the William & Mary Triangular (March 16).
 
2019 Indoor: Personal-best time of 8:39.04 in the 3000m for third at the Winter Relays (Feb. 9)… Notched fourth with a career-best time of 14:57.24 in the 5000m at the Patriot Games (Jan. 26)… Registered personal-best time of 4:30.18 in the mile at the Father Diamond (an. 5)… Placed 16th in the 5000m at the A-10 Indoor Championships (Feb. 23). 

2018 Cross Country: Competed in two meets... Placed 68th in the five-mile run at the A-10 Championships (Oct. 27).

2018 Outdoor: Competed in four meets...Recorded his personal best in the 10,000m at the 2018 Colonial Relays with a time of 31:03.40 (April 5-7)...Notched his personal best in the 5,000m with a time of 15:09.39 at the Duke Invitational (April 20-21).

2017 Indoor: Competed in 3 meets… Placed 8^th in running the mile with a time of 4:33:39 this is his personal best.

2017 Cross Country:Competed in six events...Placed fifth in 7.9K at the JMU Cross Country Invitational (Sept 9) 

Prep: Four-year letterwinner in cross country and track at New Kent High School... Five-time all-state selection in outdoor track... Four-time all-state runner in indoor track.. Three-time all-state selection in cross country... Four-time regional champ... Holds New Kent High School records in 3,200 meters (9:34) and 5,000 (15:23)... Male Scholar Athlete of the Year... Junior Marshall.
