PRIOR TO MASON: Appeared in 55 games with seven starts at Gardner-Webb University over three years (2020-23)… 2023: Pitched in 21 games with three starts with a 2-2 record... Recorded wins against Western Carolina (3/1) and Elon (4/19)... Tossed 29.2 innings... Had a career-best 3.64 ERA on the season, second-lowest on the team... Opposing batters had a .245 average against him... Recorded four assists on the year for a 1.000 fielding percentage... 2022: Appeared in 13 games and pitched 14.0 innings... Recorded his lone win of the year against Brown (3/13) in 0.1 innings of relief... Had five outings where he did not allow an earned run... 2021: Appeared in 11 games with four starts... Made the start and earned his first career win against UNC Asheville (4/20) in 5.0 innings of work, allowed two run off a pair of solo homers and struck out a career-best five batters... Went 2.0 innings in each of his first three outings without allowing any runs and allowed only three baserunners across that stretch at South Carolina (3/30), vs Longwood (4/1) and vs Western Carolina (4/7).

PREP: Attended Camp Hill High School where he earned four varsity letters in baseball… Named Preps Top Baseball Prospect in both 2018 and 2019… Led Camp Hill High School to a 2A District title in 2018 and finished as the PIAA state runner-up that year… Was named First-Team All Sentinel in 2019 and a Mid-Penn All-Star all three years with the Lions... Academic Honors (Honor society, All-Academic Team), National Honor Society and National World Language Honors Society…Posted a 1.32 ERA for his high school career and struck out 168 batters in 122 innings of work.

PERSONAL: Son of Sunny and John… Has three siblings, Nathaniel, Josh and Hannah… Has BS in Economics and is pursuing a Certificate in Business Analytics.
