Brandon Golden joins the George Mason baseball staff for his first year for the 2026 season.  He is a highly regarded baseball performance coach and skill acquisition specialist with over a decade of experience developing athletes at the collegiate and professional levels. Currently serving as the Director of Player Performance and Skill Acquisition, Golden combines cutting-edge sports science with practical on-field application to maximize player development.
 
His career includes time working within the Los Angeles Dodgers organization, where he gained invaluable experience integrating advanced performance technology—including force plates, motion capture, and biomechanical assessments—into daily training environments. Golden has since dedicated his career to helping athletes optimize movement, build athleticism, and translate skill development directly to competition.
 
Known for his ability to bridge the gap between performance training and skill execution, Golden has trained and mentored hundreds of athletes, including top collegiate players preparing for the next level. His expertise lies in creating individualized development plans that enhance decision-making, athletic efficiency, and overall performance on the field.
 
With a proven track record of helping athletes reach their highest potential, Golden continues to lead in the field of player development by combining innovation, technology, and a deep understanding of human movement.
