George Mason Women's Basketball is in the middle of the most exciting chapter in its history. In 2025, the Patriots claimed their first-ever Atlantic 10 Championship with a dominant 73-58 victory over Saint Joseph's, securing the program's first NCAA Tournament berth in its history — finishing with a program-best 27 wins. The program followed that up in 2025-26 by winning its first-ever A-10 regular season title with a 16-2 conference record, the best in program history. Under Coach Vanessa Blair-Lewis, the Patriots have transformed into a rising power in women's college basketball, and the best may be yet to come.
