Q: What does the MVP Plan get me?
A: 10 Undated Ticket Vouchers for 2023-2024 Home Regular Season Men’s Basketball Games
Q: How is this different from a traditional mini plan?
A: A traditional mini plan locks you into specific games (date & time) and how many tickets. However, the MVP Plan allows you pick the games and the number of seats you need: 1 ticket for 10 games, 10 tickets to 1 game, 2 tickets for 5 games, the options are yours!
Q: How is the MVP Plan different then individual game tickets?
A: The MVP offers a discount on reserved and upper reserved seats along with convenience and flexibility. If you planned to attend a game but your friends/family get busy, NO WORRIES! Because the Mason Voucher Pack is undated simply just catch the next game inside EagleBank Arena.
Q: How do I redeem the tickets?
A: Tickets can be redeemed in person at the George Mason Athletic Ticket Office prior to the game you would like to attend, calling the Athletic Ticket Office at 703-993-3270, or at EagleBank Arena Box Office on gameday. We recommend if you would like to pick a specific seating location to redeem your tickets prior to gameday!
Q: Do I have to pick my seats at the time of purchase?
A: Not at all! That’s the beauty and benefit of the MVP flexibility. As long as seats are available, you can walk up to the box office and redeem vouchers when you arrive and tickets will then be texted to you!
Q: Where will my seats be located?
A: Seats are available at all three price levels: Sideline Prime, Reserved, and Upper Reserved. If you have a section in mind just let a ticket representative know and they will do their best to get you where you want to be!
