Introducing the Mason Hoops Pass - a mobile-only ticket package option for George Mason Basketball fans. The Mason Hoops Pass gets you access to every regular season home game for both Men's and Women's Basketball!
 
The Mason Hoops Pass is available for both Men’s and Women’s Basketball – guaranteeing reserved seating for Men’s and general admission seating for Women’s Basketball. The Men’s Basketball Mason Hoops Pass, your actual seat location will vary from game to game, allowing you to experience EagleBank Arena from a different vantage point each week
 
After purchasing and registering your Pass, approximately 24 hours prior to each game, you will receive a text message reminder with a link to accept your tickets (you must opt-in to receive text messages) then tickets will be conveniently delivered to your mobile device and your barcode(s) will be displayed.
 
Purchasers will receive an email at the beginning of the season with details regarding how to access tickets.
 
HOW IT WORKS
Step 1:
Go to MasonHoopsPass.com on your iPhone or Android phone and login using the email address used to purchase.

In the Fan Hub, tap Manage Tickets for an upcoming game below your account information.

You will see your ticket management options and a countdown date until your tickets are delivered.

When available, tap to accept your ticket(s) for the game.

Q: Am I guaranteed a seat for all games within the Mason Hoops Pass?
A: Yes, Mason Hoops Pass buyers are guaranteed a seat for all included games. Seat locations will vary by game and will be assigned prior to game day. Women’s Basketball Pass purchasers are guaranteed general admission seating.

Q: Will I be notified when my Mason Hoops Pass tickets are available for each game?
A: Yes! Prior to the season, you will receive an instructional email regarding how to register your pass and begin receiving text message notifications. Purchasers should visit MasonHoopsPass.com, login with the email address used to purchase, then respond "yes" to the text message from 986-96 to opt-in for text message reminders.

Q: How do I access my Mason Hoops Pass and ticket on game day?
A: Approximately 24 hours prior to each game, you will receive a text message reminder with a link to your tickets (you must opt-in to receive text messages). You may also go to MasonHoopsPass.com on your iPhone or Android smartphone at any time to view your tickets. Login with the email address you used to purchase the Mason Hoops Pass and your mobile phone number to view your mobile barcodes.

Q: How many Mason Hoops Passes can I buy? And if I buy two or more passes will my seats be next to each other?
A: Fans may purchase as many passes as desired, while supplies last. And yes, all Mason Hoops Passes purchased in one transaction will have seats together for each game.

Q: Can I bring different people with me to each game?
A: Yes, different people can attend each game.

Q: How does my guest scan into the game?
A: Your guest can either enter the venue with you using the barcodes on your phone, or you can send your guest their own barcode. Simply tap the Transfer button located below the barcode and send the link to your guest(s).

Q: Why do I need to use an iPhone or Android smartphone?
A: The Mason Hoops Pass is a mobile-only program. There are no printed tickets available through the program.

Q: Is the Mason Hoops Pass refundable?
A: All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Q: Can I sell my Mason Hoops Pass for games I do not attend?
A: No, the Mason Hoops Pass cannot be resold.

Q: What if I lose the text message that tells me to accept my seats?
A: If you can't access your Mason Hoops Pass via text message, simply go to MasonHoopsPass.com and login to view your tickets.

Q: How is my seat location determined?
A: Your seat location will vary by game. Please note that the time you accept your Mason Hoops Pass does not impact which seat location you're assigned.

Q: What do I do if I need ADA seating?
A: Fans requiring accessible seating should contact the George Mason Ticket Office at 703-993-3270 or icatix@gmu.edu in advance of purchasing, as accessible seating may be sold out.
