Please note, however, completion of this online form does not guarantee that Mason Athletics will be able to fulfill your request. The information below will assist you in completing the required donation form and determining whether your request can be granted.

Mason Athletics CANNOT donate to the following organizations:
• High schools, preparatory schools or two-year college institutions
• Organizations that discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, gender, national origin
• Organizations or programs designed to influence legislation or elect candidates to public office
• Organizations that do not adhere to NCAA rules and regulations
• For-profit entities
Requests for Donated Tickets to Mason Athletics Contests

Requests will not be filled until the schedule has been officially released.
• Each request is limited to a max of two (2) tickets per organization and no more than one (1) request per organization.
• Requests will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, with limited availability.
