Drug Testing
George Mason Athletics and the NCAA drug tests randomly year round. The drug tests are looking for banned substances found on the NCAA Banned Drug List. If you are taking any kind of medication please speak with the Athletics Training staff so those medications are on file.
All nutritional supplements carry some risk of containing an NCAA banned substance because they're not well regulated and may be contaminated. Failure to inquire with your Athletic Training staff prior to supplement use could result in a failed appeal for a positive drug test.
