2023-24: Recorded 24 top-three performances (most on team), with 13 individual first place, seven individual second place and four individual third place finishes… Led the team in first-place finishes (13), second-place finishes (7) and points (263.25)… Won six medals at the 2024 Atlantic 10 Championships with three individual A-10 championships and three relay medals (1 silver, 2 bronze)… 2024 Atlantic 10 Championships (Feb. 21-24): Atlantic 10 champion in the 100-yard backstroke for the third straight year with a NCAA B time of 53.48… Atlantic 10 champion in the 50-yard freestyle for the third straight year with a time of 22.78… Atlantic 10 champion in the 100-yard freestyle with a NCAA B time of 48.84… Won the gold medal in the 50-yard freestyle (22.78), 100-yard freestyle (48.84) and 100-yard backstroke (53.48), all season-best times, won the silver in the 400-yard freestyle relay (3:19.37) and the bronze in both the 200-yard freestyle relay (1:31.57) and 400-yard medley relay (3:39.96) at 2024 A-10 Championships held at the Hampton Aquaplax in Hampton, Va… vs. UMBC (Jan. 27): Won the 100-yard freestyle (52.94) and was second in the 50-yard freestyle (24.01) against the Retrievers at the Aquatic and Fitness Center in Fairfax, Va… at Old Dominion (Jan. 20): Took the top spot in the 50-yard freestyle (24.12), 50-yard butterfly with a season-best time (26.04) and 100-yard IM with a season-best time (59.02) in dual against the Monarchs in Norfolk, Va… at James Madison/vs. Fairfield (Jan. 13): Touched the wall second in the 100-yard freestyle (52.96) and was third in the 50-yard freestyle (23.96) against the Stags and Dukes in Harrisonburg, Va… U.S. Open Championships (Nov. 29-Dec. 2): Placed 53rd in the 50 L freestyle (26.27), 61st in the 100 L backstroke (1:04.64) and 64th in the 100 L freestyle (57.42) at the Greensboro Aquatic Center in Greensboro, N.C… Patriot Invitational (Nov. 16-18): Placed first in the 100-yard freestyle (49.55), second in the 500-yard freestyle with a season-best time (4:55.57) and third in the 100-yard butterfly (54.63) at the Patriot Invitational held at the Aquatic and Fitness Center… A-10 Classic (Oct. 27-28): Placed second in the 100-yard butterfly with a season-best time (58.41), third in the 50-yard freestyle (24.20), sixth in the 100-yard breaststroke with a season-best time (1:08.92) and seventh in the 200-yard breaststroke with a season-best time (2:29.60) vs. Duquesne and La Salle at the A-10 Classic held at the Aquatic and Fitness Center… Richmond Duals (Oct. 13-14): Won the 200-yard backstroke (2:05.16) and took second in the 1650-yard freestyle with a season-best time (17:55.99) vs. Duquesne and won both the 50-yard freestyle (23.93) and 100-yard freestyle (53.06) vs. Richmond at the Richmond Duals held at the Hampton Aquaplex in Hampton, Va… vs. Towson (Oct. 7): Began the season first in the 200-yard IM with a season-best time (2:11.84), second in the 200-yard backstroke (2:07.17) and third in the 200-yard freestyle with a season-best time (1:56.15) in dual against the Tigers at the Aquatic and Fitness Center.

2022-23:  Won seven medals at the 2023 Atlantic 10 Championships with three individual A-10 championships and three relay medals (2 gold, 2 silver)… Atlantic 10 champion in the 100-yard backstroke for the second straight year with a time of 53.12… Atlantic 10 champion in the 200-yard backstroke for the second straight year with a time of 1:55.79… Atlantic 10 champion in the 50-yard freestyle for the second straight year with a time of 22.77… Recorded 27 top-three performances, with 20 individual first place finishes, five individual second place finishes and two individual third place finishes… Led the team in first place finishes (20) and points (360)… Won the gold medal in the 50-yard freestyle (22.77), 100-yard backstroke (53.12) and 200-yard backstroke (1:55.79), all season-best times, won the gold medal as a member of the winning 400-yard medley relay team with a new meet record (3:36.40), won the gold medal as a member of the winning 400-yard freestyle relay team for the second straight year with a new meet and program record (3:17.94), won the silver-medal as part of the 200-yard medley relay team (1:39.75) and won the silver as part of the 200-yard freestyle relay team (1:31.63) at the 2023 Atlantic 10 Championships held at the SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio Feb. 15-18… Touched the wall first in the 50-yard butterfly with a season-best time (25.30) and second in the 200-yard IM (2:04.82) vs. Old Dominion and Campbell in Norfolk, Va. Jan. 28… Took the top spot in both the 200-yard freestyle (1:54.44) and 500-yard freestyle (5:12.44), both season-best times, vs. UMBC Jan. 21… Won three events with first place finishes in the 100-yard backstroke (53.53), 200-yard backstroke (1:57.55) and 200-yard IM with a season-best time (1:59.45) and placed third in the 100-yard butterfly with a season-best time (55.03) at the Patriot Invitational at the Aquatic and Fitness Center Nov. 17-19… Placed second in both the 100-yard butterfly (56.82) and 1650-yard freestyle with a season-best time (17:51.86), was fifth in the 200-yard IM (2:06.58) and sixth in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:06.90) at the A-10 Classic held at the SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio Oct. 29-30… Won three events with first place finishes in the 50-yard freestyle (23.84), 100-yard freestyle (52.63) and 100-yard backstroke (55.97) on day one and took the top spot in both the 50-yard freestyle (23.59) and 200-yard IM (2:05.92) and was second in the 100-yard freestyle (52.00) on day two at the Richmond Duals Oct. 21-22… Began the season with first place finishes in both the 50-yard freestyle (23.24) and 100-yard freestyle (51.29) vs. Towson Oct. 8.
