2022 Cross Country: Placed 50th in the NCAA Southeast Regional 10k (30:56.7)...Competed in four other meets...Finished 7th at the A-10 Championship with his best five mile time (24:11.8)...Posted a seventh-place finish at the Navy Invitational (4.9M, 23:54.6)

2022 Outdoor: Competed in six meets… Named to the A-10 All-Rookie Team… Placed fourth in the 10,000m at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships (May 7-8)… Took home first in the 5000m with a PR time of 14:26.77 at the Navy Spring Invitational (April 22-23)… Finished fifth in the 10,000m with a PR of 30:05.61 at the 2022 Colonial Relays (April 2)... Placed second in the 1,500m with a PR of 4:02.96 at the JMU Invitational (April 16).
 
2022 Indoor: Competed in three meets… Ran a PR of 8:24.52 in the 3000m at the David Hemery Valentine Invite (Feb. 11)… Finished fifth in the 5000m with a season-best time of 14:48.68 at the Patriot Games on Jan. 29… Placed 10th in the 5000m at the A-10 Indoor Championships (Feb. 27).

2020-21 Cross Country: Named to the Atlantic 10 All-Rookie Team… Competed in three meets… Finished 16th in the five-mile with a course-best time of 24:57.1 at the Atlantic 10 Championships (March 5)… Took fourth in the 8k (25:17.3) at the Richmond Winter Invite on Feb. 5.

Prep: Four-year varsity letterwinner in indoor track and field and soccer... Earned three varsity letters in cross country and outdoor track and field... Named Most Valuable Runner in 2019 and 2020... Tabbed Athlete of the Year as a senior at Landstown... Was captain his junior and senior seasons... High school statistics include: 15:43 in the 5k, 2:03 in the 800m, 4:29 in the 1600m and 9:20 in the 3200m.

Personal: Son of Bryan and Vanessa Bond... Has one sister, Megan... Born August 25, 2002... Plans to major in forensic science... Enjoys playing soccer, going to the beach, surfboarding and snowboarding... Member of the National Honor Society.
