2023 Outdoor: Competed in five meets...Placed 2nd in the 10k (29:46.05) at the A10 Championships and 8th in the 5k (14:39.55). Notched 4th in the 5k at the Meet of Champions (14:32.63)

2023 Indoor: Competed in four meets...Placed 3rd in the 5k (14:20.40) at the A10 Championships and 12th in the 3k (8:25.68)...Won the 5k at the Patriot Games (14:14.59)...Took 1st in the mile (4:18.08) at the Father Diamond and 2nd in the 3k (8:27.90)

2022 Outdoor: Competed in five meets… Atlantic 10 5000m champion, breaking the meet record in a time of 14:08.79… Notched a PR of 29:35.94 in the 10k at the Raleigh Relays, shattering the school record in the event… Earned silver in the 5000m with a PR of 14:02.18 at IC4A/ECAC Championship (May 13-15)… Placed 17th in the 5k at the highly competitive Penn Relays (April 28).
 
2022 Indoor: Competed in three meets… Broke the program indoor 5000m record at the Patriot Games (Jan. 28), running a time of 14:25.84… Posted a PR of 8:15.85 in the 3000m at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational (Feb 11-12).

2021 Outdoor: Competed in five meets… Atlantic 10 champion in the 10,000m with a time of 30:21.07 at the A-10 Outdoor Championships (May 1-2)… Took ninth in the 5000m at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (May 16)… Notched first in the 5000m at the JMU Invite on April 17… Ran a personal-best time of 30:02.57 in the 10,000m at the Colonial Relays.
 
2021 Indoor: Did not compete.

2020-21 Cross Country: Named Atlantic 10 All-Conference… Placed ninth in the five mile at the A-10 Championships (March 5) with a course-best time of 24:48.4… Notched 10th in the 8k (25:48.3) at the Richmond Winter Invite on Feb. 5… Took 26th in the five mile at the Spider Patriot (Feb. 20). 

2020 Indoor: Earned a silver medal in the 5000m at the Atlantic 10 Championships… Added a fourth-place finish in the 3000m at the A-10 Championships… Posted a career-best time of 14:35.02 in the 5000m at the Patriot Games, setting an indoor program record… Placed first in the 3000m with a time of 8:30.47 at the VMI indoor Classic.

2019 Cross Country: Atlantic 10 All-Conference selection... Placed fourth in the 8k at the A-10 Championships (Nov. 2)... Tabbed to the Atlantic 10 All-Academic Team... Finished eighth in the 8k at the Mason Invitational on Sept. 13... Ran a personal-best time of 24:38.5 in the 8k at the Lehigh Paul Short Run on Oct. 5... Placed 62nd in the 10k at the NCAA Southeast Championships (Nov. 15).

2019 Indoor: Competed in four meets… Finished with career-best time of 8:51.96 in the 3000m at Winter Relays… Finished sixth in the mile and seventh in the 3000m at the George Mason Father Diamond.

2018 Cross Country: Competed in one meet... Placed 165th in the 8k at the Princeton Invitational (Oct. 12).

Prep: Lettered four years in cross-country and indoor and outdoor track and field at Lee Davis...  Awarded All-Conference honors nine times... Five-time All-State... Eight-time All-Region... Captain of cross country and indoor and outdoor track and field teams... All-Academic...Won VHSL 2018 5A Male Athlete of The Year Scholarship Award.

Personal: Son of Steven and Mary Ikenberry... Two siblings, Hannah and Adam... Likes to play frisbee and football... Majoring in Sport Management... Sister, Hannah, is a member of Mason swimming and diving.
