2023 Outdoor: Competed in six meets...Took home the bronze in the 400m with a personal-best at the A10 Championship (54.47) and fourth in the 200m (24.54)...Posted a fifth-place finish in the 4x400m (3:48.65) and sixth in the 4x100m (46.81) in the A10 Championship...Won the 200m (23.86) at the Navy Spring Invite and the Dalton Ebanks Invitational (24.29)

2023 Indoor: Competed in five meets...Placed fourth in the 400m (57.38) and 4x400m (3:52.29) at the A10 Championship...Won the 400m at the Big Apple Invitational (56.32)...Recorded a second-place finish in the 4x400m at the VMI Invitational

2022 Outdoor: Competed in eight meets… Finished 2nd overall at the JMU Invitational in the 200m with a PR of 24.00 (Apr  16).
 
2022 Indoor: Competed in three meets… Top 5 in all three meets in all events… 2nd place at VMI Team Challenge in the 200m with 25.32 (Jan 15)... Received 1st at the VMI Classic in the 400m with 56.74 (Feb 11-12).

2021 Outdoor: Competed in five meets… Member of gold-medal winning 4x100 relay at the A-10 Championships (May 1-2)… Added a fourth-place finish in the 400m, running a personal-best time of 54.52 in the preliminary round, and 4x400 relay… Took fourth in the 400m at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (May 16)… Notched second in the 400m at the Mason Spring Invite (April 11).
 
2021 Indoor: Competed in two meets… Placed first in the 200m at the Patriot Games (Jan. 30)… Fourth place in the 200m at the VMI Keydet Invite (Jan. 16).

2020 Indoor: Competed in seven meets… Notched bronze medal in the 4x400 relay at the A-10 Championships… Added fourth-place finish in the 400m at the A-10 Championships… Pair of second-place marks in the 200m (24.98) and 400m (55.66) at the VMI Indoor Classic… Notched second in the 400m at the VMI Keydet Invite.

2019 Outdoor: Six top-10 individual performances… Earned bronze medal in the 400m at the A-10 Championships (May 5), with a then-personal-best time of 54.64 in the preliminary heat… Member of the A-10 title team in the 4x400 and 4x100 relays… Personal-best time of 24.58 in the 200m at the Miami Hurricane Invitational (March 15)… Notched first in the 400m with a time of 54.72 at the Sun Angel Classic (April 6). 
 
2019 Indoor: Notched five top-10 individual performances… Member of A-10 title team in the 4x400 relay and tabbed fifth in the 400m at the A-10 Indoor Championships (Feb. 24)… Earned gold in 4x400 relay at the Great Dane Classic (Jan. 12)… First in 4x800 relay at Father Diamond (Jan. 5)… Notched silver in the 400m at the Spire Classic (Feb. 8).

Prep: Competed at St. Andrew High School for Girls...Coached by Karma Taylor.

Personal: Born in Kingston, Jamaica on August 2, 1999...Daughter of Paul Downer and Carolyn Sang-Downer...Has three sisters, Camille, Kimberley, and Kathryn... Majoring in cyber security engineering.
