2023  Indoor: Competed in five meets...Placed 2nd in the 4x800m (10:15.99) and 9th in the 600m (1:58.97) at the Father Diamond meet... Finished 19th at the Villanova Invitational in the 800m with a time of 2:32.53...Placed 29th in the mile at the Patriot Games (5:39.65)...At the Boston University Scarlet and White Invitational, ran 1000m  for 3:11.95...At the Navy select, ran the mile with a time of 5:46.49 finishing in 11th

2022 Cross Country: Competed in four meets...Achieved her best 4k time at the Spider alumni Open (62nd, 15:26.6)...Took 61st place at the Navy Invitational (6k, 24:40.7)

2022 Outdoor: Competed in four meets… Earned 48th in the 800 at the 2022 Colonial Relays (Mar 31-Apr 2)... Finished 51st at the Mason Spring Invitational 2022 with a PR in the 1500m with a 5:05.74 (Apr 9)... Placed 15th in the 3000m at the JMU Invitational with a PR of 11:14.19 (Apr 16).

2022 Indoor: Did not compete in 2022 indoor season.

Prep: Four-year varsity letterwinner in cross country and track and field... Two-time coaches award recipient in cross country... Named MVP in track and field (2018) and cross country (2019)... Served as team captain... Earned All-Conference honors in cross country in 2018, 2019 and 2021... Four-time All-Conference selection in track (2018-2021)... Named All-Region in cross country (2021) and track (2019-2021)... Garnered All-State accolades in cross country (2021) and track (2020).
