Cross Country Atlantic 10 All-Conference: 2020-21
2022 Outdoor: Competed in six meets… Finished 58th with a PR of 35:29.64 in the 10,000m at
Raleigh Relays (Mar 24)... Earned 1st overall in the 5000m with a 17:26.54 at the Navy Spring Invitational II (Apr 22-23).
2022 Indoor: Compete in three meets… Placed 6th at BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational in the 5000m with a PR of 17:32.14 (Feb 11-12)... Received 12th in the 3000m at Atlantic 10 with a PR of 10:13.85 (Feb 26-27).
2021 Outdoor: Competed in five meets… Placed fourth in the 10,000m at the A-10 Outdoor Championships (May 1-2) to go along with a ninth-place finish in the 5000m… Bronze medalist in the 10,000m at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (May 16)… Ran a season-best time of 35:41.86 in the 10,000m at the Raleigh Relays (March 27) to crack Mason’s all-time list.
2021 Indoor: Competed in one meet, placing fourth in the 3000m at the VMI Team Challenge (Jan. 23).
2020-21 Cross Country: Earned Atlantic 10 All-Conference honors… Finished 14th in the 5k with a time of 17:52.3 at the Atlantic 10 Championships (March 5)… Notched eighth in the 5k at the Richmond Winter Invite (Feb. 5)… Posted a time of 18:06.8 in the 5k at the Spider Patriot Classic (Feb. 20).

University of Birmingham: Captain of the women's cross country team.
Prep: Member of Macclesfield Harriers Club Team... England vest for 10k road race.
