2022-23:  Won seven medals at the 2023 Atlantic 10 Championships with two individual Atlantic 10 titles and a silver medal and three relay medals (2 gold, 2 silver)… Atlantic 10 champion in the 100-yard breaststroke for the second straight year with a new meet record time of 59.81… Atlantic 10 champion in the 200-yard breaststroke with a new meet record time of 2:11.27… Selected to the Atlantic 10 All-Academic Team… Selected Virginia Sports Information Director’s (VaSID) Second Team All-State in the breaststroke… Recipient of the OrthoVirginia Student Achiever Award recognizing student-athletes who perform exceptionally in both the classroom and in the community… Recorded 19 top-three performances, with 14 individual first place, three individual second place and two individual third place finishes… Was second on the team in first place finishes (14) and points (325.00)… Took the top spot in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:00.16) at the ECAC Open Championships… Won the gold medal in both the 100-yard breaststroke (59.81) and 200-yard breaststroke (2:11.27) and claimed the silver medal in the 200-yard IM (1:59.63), all season-best times, also won a gold medal as a member of the winning 400-yard medley relay team with a new meet record (3:36.40), a gold medal as a member of the winning 400-yard freestyle relay team with a new meet and program record (3:17.94) and claimed the silver-medal as part of the 200-yard medley relay team (1:39.75) and won the silver as part of the 200-yard freestyle relay team (1:31.63) at the 2023 Atlantic 10 Championships held at the SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio Feb. 15-18… Touched the wall first in both the 50-yard breaststroke with a season-best time (29.79) and 100-yard breaststroke (1:04.70) vs. Old Dominion and Campbell in Norfolk, Va. Jan. 28… Placed first in both the 50-yard freestyle with a season-best time (23.90) and 200-yard breaststroke (2:22.53) vs. UMBC Jan. 21… Placed 39th in the 100 breaststroke (1:13.48) and 42nd in the 200 breaststroke (2:43.36) at the U.S. Open Championships Nov. 30-Dec. 3… Won both the 100-yard breaststroke (1:01.40) and 200-yard breaststroke (2:13.51) and took second in the 200-yard IM (2:01.07) at the Patriot Invitational at the Aquatic and Fitness Center Nov. 17-19… Touched the wall first in the 100-yard freestyle (51.54), second in the 200-yard freestyle (1:53.69), both season-best times and was fourth in the 200-yard IM (2:05.83) at the A-10 Classic held at the SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio Oct. 29-30… Won both the 100-yard breaststroke (1:04.37) and 200-yard breaststroke (2:21.63) at the Richmond Duals Oct. 21-22… Began the season first in both the 100-yard breaststroke (1:04.44) and 200-yard breaststroke (2:20.38) vs. Towson Oct. 8.

2021-22:  Atlantic 10 Champion in the 100-yard breaststroke…Named Virginia Sports Information Directors (VaSID) Second Team All-State in the breaststroke… Recorded 14 top-three performances with 10 individual first place finishes, three individual second place finishes and one individual third place finish… Second on the team in event wins (10), top-three performances (14) and points (159.00)… Won the gold medal in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:00.16), took the silver medal in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:12.62) and placed fourth in the 200-yard IM (2:00.54), all season-best times, at the 2022 Atlantic 10 Championships held at the SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio Feb. 16-19… Won both the 100-yard breaststroke (1:04.00) and 200-yard breaststroke (2:18.96) vs. Old Dominion at the Aquatic and Fitness Center Jan. 29… Placed 19th in the 200 breaststroke (2:45.81) and 22nd in the 100 breaststroke (1:15.12) at the 2021 U.S. Open held in Greensboro, N.C. Dec. 1-4… Took the top spot in both the 200-yard IM (2:01.32) and 200-yard breaststroke (2:13.02), finished seventh in the 100-yard backstroke (57.20) and was fourth in the 100-yard butterfly (55.44) at the Patriot Invitational at the Aquatic and Fitness Center Nov. 18-20… Placed fourth in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:04.82), 200-yard breaststroke (2:23.68) and 200-yard IM (2:06.48) at the A-10 Classic held at the SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio Oct. 30-31… Won both the 100-yard freestyle (51.90) and 100-yard breaststroke (1:04.28), and placed third in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:21.31) vs. Richmond and East Carolina at the Richmond Duals Oct. 22-23… Began the season first in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:21.36) and second in the 50-yard freestyle (23.94) vs. Delaware at the Aquatic and Fitness Center Oct. 9.

2020-21:  Selected to the Atlantic 10 Academic All-Conference Team…Selected Virginia Sports Information Directors (VaSID) All-State Second Team in the breaststroke…Selected to the VaSID Academic All-State Team…Recorded four individual first-place finishes, three individual second-place finishes and one third-place finish during the season…Led the team with 46.00 points…Won the silver medal in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:01.37) and the bronze medal in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:15.43), and placed sixth in the 50-yard freestyle (23.52), all season-best times, at the 2021 Atlantic 10 Championships held at the SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio April 14-17…Took the top spot on the podium in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:02.41) vs. Delaware, George Washington and William & Mary at the Aquatic and Fitness Center in Fairfax, Va. on Feb. 20…Won the 50-yard freestyle (24.01), placed second in the 100-yard freestyle (51.96) and finished fourth in both the 200-yard IM (2:09.61) at the Mason Invitational at the Aquatic and Fitness Center in Fairfax, Va. March 19-20.

2019-20:  CSCAA Scholar All-America Team…Selected Virginia Sports Information Directors (VaSID) All-State Second Team Breaststroke, one of only two Atlantic 10 women’s swimmers to earn the honor this season…Named Atlantic 10 Women’s Performer of the Week for the week ending Nov. 27…In her first year with the Patriots, led the women’s team with 19 top-three performances, with 14 first-place, four second-place and one third place finish during the season…Also led the team with 123 points…Atlantic 10 Champion in the 100-yard breaststroke with a NCAA B qualifying time and season-best time (1:00.31), placed fourth in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:14.59) and sixth in the 200-yard IM with a season-best time (2:00.46) at the 2020 Atlantic 10 Championships held at the SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio Feb. 19-22…Took the top spot on the podium in both the 50-yard freestyle (23.90) and 100-yard freestyle with a season-best time (51.54) vs. American, Army and Old Dominion Jan. 25…Won both the 100-yard freestyle (52.24) and 100-yard breaststroke (1:05.18) vs. UMBC Jan. 18…Touched the wall first in both the 200-yard breaststroke with a NCAA B qualifying time and season-best time (2:13.56) and 200-yard IM (2:00.69) and placed second in the 100-yard butterfly (55.92) at the Patriot Invitational Nov. 21-23…Made the podium three times, winning the 50-yard freestyle with a season-best time (23.77) and 100-yard freestyle (51.99), while placing second in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:04.76) at the Atlantic 10 Classic Nov. 2-3…Claimed the top spot on the podium in both the 100-yard freestyle (51.97) and the 100-yard breaststroke (1:05.05) vs. Davidson and Duquesne at the Richmond Duals Oct. 18-19…Began the season with a first-place finish in the 100-yard freestyle (52.14) at Delaware Oct. 5.
