2019 Indoor: Tabbed first with a career-best time of 2:00.29 in the 800m at the Father Diamond (Jan. 5)… Notched eighth in the 400m at the A-10 Indoor Championships (Feb. 24)… Posted six top-10 individual performances… Finished fifth in the 200m at the Patriot Games (Jan. 26).

2018 Outdoor: Finished in second place in the 4x400m at the Gamecock Invitational with a time of 3:14.09 (April 7)...Placed second in the 4x400m at the George Mason Spring Invitational with a time of 3:20.65 (April 14)...Earned two personal bests at the George Mason Spring Invitational, one in the 200m (21.92s) and the 400m (48.64s) (April 14)...Was apart of the Atlantic 10 record-breaking 4x400m team who placed first in the A-10 Championships with a record time of 3:09.10 (May 5-6)...Qualified for IC4A.

2018 Indoor: Competed in seven meets...Finished first in the 4x400m at the Patriot Games with a time of 3:22.12 (Jan. 27)...Tallied a personal best in the 400m with a time of 50.49s in the Boston University Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invitational (Feb. 3)...Finished in first place in the 400m with a time of 50.70s and finished second place in the 200m with a personal best time of 22.75s at the Last Chance Meet (Feb. 25).
