2020:  Made seven appearances out of the bullpen...Posted a 0-0 record with an 8.25 ERA...Tied for first on the club in appearances (7)...Recorded 10 strikeouts in 12.0 innings of work.

2019:  Made 16 appearances with six starts his freshman year with the Patriots…Posted a 2-4 record with one save and a 6.60 ERA (46.1 IP, 60 H, 36 R, 34 ER, 34 BB, 26 SO, 14-2B, 2-3B, 4 HR, 11 WP, 7 HBP, 2 BK)…Third on the team in appearances (16) and starts (6), fourth in innings pitched (46.1) and fifth in strikeouts (26)…Made eight appearances with three starts at home, with a 1-2 record and 3.94 ERA (29.2 IP, 31 H, 13 R, 13 ER, 21 BB, 21 SO, 7-2B, 1-3B, 2 HR, 8 WP, 2 HBP, 1 BK)…In home games, held opponents to a .211 batting average and finished the season tied for third in appearances (8), was third in starts (3), fourth in innings pitched (29.2) at Spuhler Field in Fairfax…Made seven appearances with two starts on the road with an 0-2 record, one save and a 16.20 ERA (11.2 IP, 24 H, 23 R, 21 ER, 12 BB, 4 SO, 6-2B, 1-3B, 2 HR, 3 WP, 4 HBP, 1 BK)… Tied for the most road appearances on the team with Stuart Barrett, Jared Lyons and James Price (7)…Was one of four pitchers on the team to record at least one save during the 2019 season (James Beasley-4, Stuart Barrett-3, Jared Lyons-1, Zegna-1)…Made a team-high 10 appearances with one start against Atlantic 10 Conference opponents with an 0-2 record, one save and an 8.77 ERA (25.2 IP, 33 H, 27 R, 25 ER, 19 BB, 15 SO, 8-2B, 0-3B, 4 HR, 6 WP, 4 HBP, 1 BK)…His 25.2 innings of work against A-10 foes ranked third on the team (Brian Marconi 48.1, Jared DiCesare 48.0).

Prep:  Four-year baseball letterwinner and three-year basketball letterwinner at Newark High School in Newark, Delaware…Three-time All-Conference pitcher…Selected All-State his senior year…Finished his senior year with 48 strikeouts in 25 innings of work, while posting a .510 batting average…Played in 2018 Delaware All-Star Blue-Gold Game…Four-time All-Conference Academic Award…Member of the National Honor Society…Distinguished Honor Roll.

Personal:  Son of Janet and Jeff…Has one sibling, Meghan…Hobbies include basketball and swimming…Also recruited by Columbia, Dartmouth, Davidson, Delaware, Duke, James Madison and Longwood…Plans to major in economics.
