2019 Cross Country: Placed 24th in the 5k at the A-10 Championships on Nov. 2... Ran a personal-best time of 22:06.1 in the 6k at the Paul Short Run (Oct. 5)... Finished 25th in the two-mile run at the Spider Alumni Open (Aug. 31).

2019 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets… Earned a silver medal in the 1500m with a personal record time of 4:29.07 at the A-10 Outdoor Championships on May 5… Career-best time of 2:13.33 in the 800m at the Mason Spring Invite (April 13)… Finished second in the 1500m at the Dan Stimson Memorial Meet (March 23).
 
2019 Indoor: Competed in six meets… Member of bronze-medal DMR at the A-10 Championships… Notched first in the 1000m with a PR of 2:55.53 at the VMI Winter Relays (Feb. 9)… Posted personal-best time of 4:55.31 in the mile at the Scarlet & White Invitational on Feb. 2… Ran a career-best time of 9:55.01 in the 3000m at the Great Dane Classic on Jan. 12. 

2018 Cross Country: Placed 12th with a time of 11:40.0 in the 2M at the 2018 Spider Alumni Open (Sept. 1)... Recording her best time of the season, she place fourth with 23:21.1 in the 6K at the George Mason Invitational (Sept. 29).

2018 Outdoor: Competed in six meets…Posted a time of 4:31.54 in the 1500m at the IC4A/ECAC DI Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 12-13)…Finished 11^thin the 5000m with a  time of 17:34.13 at the Atlantic 10 Championships (May 5-6)…Took second in the 800m (2:19.61) at the Tribe Invitational (March 16-17). 

2018 Indoor: Competed in five meets…Finished 11^thin the mile at the Atlantic 10 Championships (Feb. 17-18)…Posted a time of 2:57.53 in the 1000m at the Scarlet and White Invitational (Feb. 3)…Took third in the mile with a time of 5:03.14 at the Patriot Games (Jan. 27).

2017 Outdoor: Competed in six meets…Helped the 4x8 relay team to second place finish at the Atlantic 10 Championships (May 6-7)…Finished fifth in the 4x8 relay at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (May 12)…Posted a time of 2:18.52 in the 800m at the Duke Invitational (April 21-22).

2017 Indoor: Competed in six meets…Finished fifth in the 1,000m at the Boston University Scarlett & White (Feb. 3-4) with a season-best time of 3:05.19…Qualified for the Atlantic 10 Championships (Feb. 18-19)…Posted a season-best time of 2:24.40 in the 800m at the Patriot Games (Jan. 28).

2017 Cross Country: Competed in seven events... Placed 21st with a time of 21:18.0 in the 5.2K at tje JMU Cross Country Open Invitational (Sept. 9)... Competed in the A-10 Championship (Oct 28) and NCAA Division I Southeast Region Cross Country Championship (Nov. 10). 

2016 Cross Country: Competed in five races…Ran a personal-best time of 25:22.8 in the 6K at the High Point University Vert XC Invitational (Oct. 14)…Placed 27^th in the 6K at the Mason XC Invitational (Oct. 1).

Prep: Four-year letterwinner in cross country and track for coach Niel Matthews at Lee Davis High School... Earned all-state honors in indoor track... Four-time all-conference selection in indoor track and five-time all-conference in outdoor track... Earned all-conference honors in cross country... Named All-American in cross country junior Olympics... Four-time most valuable runner... Also played field hockey for two years... Earned highest GPA in sports medicine for class of 2016.

Personal: Margaret Morgan... Born on May 26, 1998... Daughter of Joy and David Morgan... Has two older brothers, Grayson (20), and Austin (18)... Grayson also runs cross country and track at Mason... Plans to major in therapeutic recreation.
