2018 Cross Country: Placed 25th with a time of 12:06.0 in the 2M at the 2018 Spider Alumni Open (Sept 1)... Placed seventh with a time of 23:42.8 in the 6K at the George Mason Invitational (Sept 29).  

2018 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets...Finished in the top ten five times...Posted a first place finish in the 5000m at the Tribe Invitational (March 16-17)...Finished 10th out of 30 runners in the 3000m steeplechase at the Colonial Relays (April 5-7)...Tallied a seventh place finish in the 3000m steeplechase at the Duke Invitational (April 20-21)...Recorded a seventh place finish in the 3000m steeplechase at the Atlantic 10 Championships (May 5-6).

2018 Indoor: Competed in four meets...Finished in the top ten three times...Notched a sixth place finish in the mile and a fifth place finish in the 3000m at the Father Diamond Inviational (January 6)...Registered a third place finish in the 3000m at the Patriot Games (January 27).

2017 Outdoor: Competed in three meets…Finished seventh in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Mason Invitational (April 8)…Posted a season-best time of 11:28.98 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Atlantic 10 Championships (May 6-7).

2017 Indoor: Competed in four meets…Finished fifth in the mile with a season-best time of 5:18.64 at the Patriot Games (Jan. 28)…Posted a season-best time of 10:09.13 in the 3,000-meter run at the Atlantic 10 Championships (Feb 18-19).

2017 Cross Country: Competed in seven events...Placed 19th with a time of 21:05.0 in the 5.2K at the JMU Cross Country Open Invitational (Sept. 9)... Competed in the A-10 Championship (Oct. 28) and NCAA Division I Southeast Region Cross Country Championship (Nov. 10)

2016 Cross Country: Competed in six races…Finished eighth in the 6K at the Mason XC Invitational (Oct. 1)…Ran a personal-best time of 22:54.1 in the 6K at the High Point University Vert XC Invitational (Oct. 14).

Prep: Four-year letterwinner at Woodbridge Senior High School... Earned all-region and all-conference honors in 2015 and 2016... Named team MVP her last three years... Also a member of the National Honors Society and the science honor society... Received Athletic Scholar Award.

Personal: Khalilah Hamer... Born on Dec. 29, 1997... Daughter of Michael and Rista Hamer... Has one younger sister, Laila (14)... Plans to major in computer science.
