Performance History

2015 Outdoor: Competed in five meets for the Patriots…Finished 15^th in the shot put and discus throw at the Outdoor Atlantic 10 Championships…Set a personal record in the discus with a distance of 35.12m at the Larry Ellis Invitational…Finished 13 in the shot put at the Mason Spring Invitational.

2015 Indoor: Competed in the shot put and weight throw in five meets for the Patriots…Finished as high as 11^th in shot put at the Atlantic 10 Championship…Set a personal record in both the shot put (11.76m) and weight throw (10.91m)

Prep: Earned four letters in both Indoor and Outdoor track and field at Atlee Highy School. While there, she was named 2012 and 2013 All-District, 2014 All-Conference, 2013 and 2014 All-Region, 2014 All-State and was part of the team state Indoor championship in 2014. 

Personal: Daughter of Barbara and Roger Chilcoat, Betsy has one older brother, Robert. Was president of the National Art Honor Society and named the Hanover Scholar of the Year. Plans to major in advertising.
