2018 Cross Country: Placed 27th with a time of 12:11.8 in the 2M at the 2018 Spider Alumni Open (Sept 1)... Placed 11th with a time of 24:05.4 in the 6K at the George Mason Invitational (Sept 29).

2017 Cross Country: Competed in six events... Placed 8th with a time of 19:58.0 in the 5.2K at the JMU Cross Country Open Invitational (Sept 9). Competed in the A-10 Championship (Oct 28) and NCAA Division I Southeast Region Cross Country Championships (Nov 10).

Prep: Four-year letterwinner in cross country and track for coach Garth Gucker at Cloverleaf High School... First team all-state... District champion... Two-time conference MVP...
