2019 Outdoor: Competed in eight meets… Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round in the 800m… Earned a silver medal in the 800m and gold medal in the 4x400 relay at the A-10 Outdoor Championships on May 5… Posted personal-best time of 2:05.08 – the third fastest time in school history – in the 800m at the Sun Angel Track Classic on April 6… Notched personal-best time of 25.28 in the 200m at the Miami Hurricane Invite (March 16).

2018 Outdoor: Competed in nine meets…Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round (March 24-26)…Posted an outdoor personal-best time of 2:05.46 in the 800m at the NCAA East Preliminary Round…Competed in the IC4A/ECAC DI Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 12-13)…Earned silver in the 800m with a time of 2:05.82 at the Atlantic 10 Championships (May 5-6)…Recorded an outdoor personal-best time of 55.20 in the 400m at the Miami Hurricane Invitational (March 16-17)…Finished with three top 10 individual finishes.
2018 Indoor: Competed in six meets…Had six top 10 individual finishes…Earned gold in both the 800m with a time of 2:09.27 and 4x400 relay with a time of 3:46.78 at the Atlantic 10 Championships (Feb. 17-18)…Finished with an indoor personal-best time of 2:06.69 in the 800m at the Scarlet and White Invitational (Feb. 3)…Helped the 4x400 relay win first with a time of 3:43.67 at the Navy Invitational (Jan. 12-13).
2017 Outdoor: Competed in nine meets…Won the 800m with a time of 2:07.67 at the Atlantic 10 Championships (May 6-7)… Took first in the 4x4 relay at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (May 12)…Finished fourth in the 800m at USATF Junior Championships (June 23-24) with a personal-best time of 2:06.54 – fourth fastest time in school history…Helped 4x4 relay team to first place finish at Miami Hurricane Invitational (March 17-18)…Also placed fourth in the 400m with a season-best time of 55.81 at Miami Hurricane Invitational…Qualified for the NCAA Division I East Preliminary Round (May 25-27).
2017 Indoor: Competed in six meets…Finished third in the 500m with a time of 1:14.53 at the Atlantic 10 Championships (Feb 18-19)…Also helped 4x8 relay team to second place finish at the Atlantic 10 Championships… Finished fifth in the 500m with a season-best time of 1:13.63 at Boston University Scarlett & White (Feb 3-4)…Second in the 400m with a season-best time of 56.43 at Crimson Elite (Feb. 3)…Recorded eight top-five finishes, including five as an individual.
