Performance History

2017 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets… Won a silver medal in the 4x1 relay at the Atlantic 10 Championships (May 6-7) with a time of 46.77…Fifth in the 100m with a time of 12.16 at the Atlantic 10 Championships… Also took eighth in the in the 200m at the Atlantic 10 Championships with a time of 25.12… Finished fourth in the 100m with a season-best time of 12.14 at the Mason Invitational (April 8)…Qualified for the IC4A/ECAC Championships (May 12) in the 100m and 200m.

2017 Indoor: Competed in seven meets…Finished fifth in the 60m with a personal-best time of 7.69 at the Atlantic 10 Championships (Feb. 18-19)…Helped 4x4 relay to first place finish at the Atlantic 10 Championships with a time of 3:44.74…Ran a season-best time of 25.12 in the 200m at the Boston University Scarlett & White (Feb. 3-4)…Third in the 60m at the Patriot Games (Jan. 28).

2016 Outdoor: Competed in six meets… Helped the 4x100m relay team to a fourth place finish with a time of 47.45 at the Stanford Invitational (April 1-2)… Qualified for the Atlantic 10 Championships (May 7-8)… Helped the 4x100m relay team to a fourth place finish with a time of 47.33 at the Atlantic 10 Championships… Won a silver medal in the 100m with a time of 12.13 at the Atlantic 10 Championships… Qualified for the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships… Set a personal best in the 200m with a time of 24.64 at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

2016 Indoor: Competed in seven meets… Helped the 4x400m relay team to a third place finish with a time of 3:54.60 at Father Diamond (Jan 9)… Helped the 4x400 relay team to a first place finish with a time of 3:51.07 at the Patriots Games (Jan 30)… Set a personal best in the 55m with a time of 7.25 at the Crimson Elite (Feb 5)…  Qualified for the Atlantic 10 Championships (Feb 20-21)… Finished fourth and set a personal best in the 60m at the Atlantic 10 Championships with a time of 7.72… Won a bronze medal in the 200m at the Atlantic 10 Championships with a time of 25.12.

2015 Outdoor: Competed in six meets for the Patriots…Helped Mason to an Outdoor Atlantic 10 Title with a third place finish in the 100m dash…Set a personal record in the 100m dash with a time of 12.10 in the preliminary run at the A-10s…Set a personal record in the 200m dash with a time of 24.76 at the Larry Ellis Invitational. 

2015 Indoor: Competed in four meets for the Patriots…Finished fifth in the 200m dash (26.30) at the Father Diamond Invitational...Set an indoor personal record with a mark of 26.04 in the 200 at the Patriot Games. 

Prep: Earned letters in cross country (3), Spring track (4) and Winter track (4) at Babylon High School. While there, she earned several awards and honors including: All-State in the 100m/200m dash (2014), All-County in the 100m/200m dash (2014) and was named team captain (2012, 2013, and 2014).

Personal: Daughter of Steve and Dawn Lucas, Ashley has one sister, Jasmine. Was a member of the National Honor Society (2011-2014), Principal’s List (2011-2014) and was a peer mediator (2012-2014). Enjoys listening to music, yoga and sleeping when she’s not training. Plans to major in biology.
