2015 Outdoor: Competed in two meets for the Patriots…Finished as high as second in the 3000 Steeplechase at the 2015 Tribe Invitational.
2015 Indoor: Competed in three meets for the Patriots…Set a personal record in the mile with a time of 5:35.03 at the Atlantic 10 Championships…Set a PR in the 3000m with a time of 11:14.89 at the Father Diamond Invitational.
2014 Cross Country: Ran in five events for the Patriots this season. Posted a season-best 5k time of 20:12.3 at the A-10 Championships. Placed 41st overall with a time of 21:23.5 at the JMU Invitational. Ran a season-best 6k time of 24:35.3 at the Southeast Regionals.
Prep: Participated in soccer for one year at Evangel Christian School ... helped lead team to the Old Dominion Association of Christian Schools (ODACS) state finals in 2010 ... named MVP of all-tournament team ... voted Evangel’s Defensive MVP ... member of the Virginia Olympic Development ‘93 Team ... two-time invitee to ODP Region I camp.
Personal: Transfer from Lipscomb University ... daughter of Doug and Robin … has four siblings ... majoring in kinesiology ... sister, Bethany is a senior on the GMU XC team ... brother, Graham, plays soccer at Cedarville University, and grandfather, Joseph Heyer, played basketball at La Salle.
