2014 Cross Country: Ran in five races for the Patriots this season.  Finished 10th overall at the Mason Invitational with a time of 27:02.8.  Ran a season-best 8k time of 25:56.0 at the Princeton Invitational (137th place).  

2014 Outdoor: Finished 13th in the 3000m at the 2014 Tribe Invitational. 

2014 Indoor: Ran a PR 4:32.65 mile at the Father Diamond Invitational...set another PR, 15:34.82 in the 5000m at the Last Chance Meet (2nd place)...competed in the 3000m at the Father Diamond Invitational (9:19.41).

2013 Cross Country: Ran in three races... 19th overall at Mason Invitational (29:31.75)... IC4A five-mile time of 26:56.7.

2013 Outdoor: Did not compete.

2013 Indoor: Competed in the mile and 3000m ... ran a PR of 4:38.65 in the mile in first collegiate meet, the Father Diamond Invitational (1/5) ... top time in the 3000m was 8:53.94, ran at the Mason Last Chance Meet on February 24.

2012 Cross Country: Raced in the Cavalier Open unattached posting a time of 16:44.81 and a 16^th overall finish (11/3).

 Prep: Lettered all four years in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track ... 2010 and 2011 Cross Country MVP ... 2011 and 2012 Indoor Track MVP ... 2011 and 2012 Outdoor Track MVP.

Personal: Son of Jim and Stephanie Poyer ... hobbies include Ultimate Frisbee and music ... majoring in kinesiology.
