2016-2017:  Starter at 133 pounds his freshman season…Went 14-20 with four falls, two major decisions and seven decisions…Second on the team with four pins (Matthew Voss-5)…2-3 against Eastern Wrestling League opponents…Won four matches to place fifth at 133 pounds at the Navy Classic on Nov. 19 (10-9 decision vs. Bucknell, 5-1 decision vs. Navy, pin (1:56) vs. Brown, 3-0 decision vs. teammate Logan Harvich)…His win against Bucknell at the Navy Classic was his first collegiate victory…Competed against Buffalo and Hofstra at the Grapple at the Garden at Madison Square Garden in New York on Nov. 27…Recorded a fall at 3:54 against Army at the Lock Haven Classic on Dec. 29…Posted a pin at 6:29 against VMI and a 7-4 decision against Southern Illinois Edwardsville on Jan. 7…Scored two points on a reversal and added a riding time point in a 3-0 decision over Cleveland State at the Recreation and Athletic Complex on Jan. 15…Came back from a 6-2 deficit, scoring eight points in the third period to notch a 10-8 decision against Rider on Jan. 29…Scored seven points in the third period in a 9-1 major decision against Navy on Feb. 8.

Prep:  Four-year wrestling letterwinner at John Handley High School…Was team captain for three years…A two-time State Champion and three-time state finalist…Was a three-time regional champion…Four-time All-Area and four-time All-District Champion…Named to the All-State Team four times…Four-time Conference Champion of Conference 23…Member of the Virginia National Team that qualified for the Nationals in Fargo, N.D….Recorded 176 wins with 99 pins in high school…Member of the National Honor Society.
