2013 Indoor: Competed in the mile and 3000m ... ran a season-best time of 4:18.04 at the Patriot Games Invitational on January 26 ... top season time in the 3000m came at the VT Challenge (2/16), crossing the finish line in 8:32.38 ... helped the DMR run a season-best time of 9:48.13 while finishing in fourth place at the IC4A Championships.

2012 Indoor: Competed in the mile and 3000m, qualifying for the IC4A Championships in both events while also running personal-best times ... ran a personal-best time of 4:14.79 in the mile at the Patriot Games Invitational (1/28) ... recorded a top time of 8:24.04 in the 3000m at the Hokie Invitational (1/20).
2011 Outdoor: Competed in three events, the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m ... qualified for the IC4A Championships in the 5000m by posting a personal-best 14:32.32 at the Larry Ellis Memorial Invitational ... in the 3000m, ran a season-best 8:32.70 at the Coastal Carolina Shamrock Invitational ... in the 1500m, posted a 3:51.79 at the Mason Spring Invitational.

2010 Outdoor: Ran two events, the 1,500-meter and 5,000-meter runs ... crossed the line in a season-best 3:54.18 at the Mason Spring Invitational ... finished the 5,000 in 14:40.94 at the Colonial Relays, his best time of the season.
2010 Indoor: Top time in the mile was 4:16.87 at the VT Challenge ... ran a time of 8:30.98 at the BU Valentine Invitational.
