the mile, 3000m and 5000m ... in the mile, ran a top time of 5:40.02, which she
posted at the season-opening Father Diamond Invitational ... in the 3000m, ran a
time of 10:31.09 at the Patriot Games ... had the team's second-best time in the
5000m, running an 18:07.08 at the Valentine Invitational ... also ran in the
4X800-meter relay.
2010 Outdoor: Made ECAC qualifications in the 5,000 and 10,000-meter runs ... ran her season-best time in the 5,000 at the Larry Ellis Invitational, clocking in with a 17:12.13 time ... finished third at the CAA Championships in the 10,000 with a time of 11:00.64 ... also competed in the 1,500, running a season best of 4:45.66 at the Colonial Relays ... participated in the 4x1500 meter and distance medley relays at that same meet.
2010 Indoor: Qualified for the ECAC Championships in the 5000-meter run ... crossed the finish line in 16:58.16 in the 5000-meter run at the ECAC Championships ... ran a time of 10:22.69 in the 3000-meter run at the Hokie Invitational.
2009 Cross Country: Ran her fastest time of the season on the 5k course at the Blue and Gold Invitational, finishing the race in 18:59.04 ... finished 19th at the CAA Championships with a time of 22:00.94 on the 6k course ... ran a time of 22:23.31 on the 6k course at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships ... also competed at the JMU Invitational, Lou Onesty Invitational and Mason Invitational during the season.
